I heard about this burger chain and wanted to try it. I ordered the chicken sandwhich. I know....weird to order something... that's not a burger at a burger joint but the chicken sandwhich was very good! There were real pieces of white meat nuggets. Itwas fried crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Probably one of the better chicken sandwhiches I've had. My friendsordered the burger and said it was very good. Way better than burger king. It seems they make the burger on the spot becausethere was a wait to get the burger order as opposed to McDonalds or BK where they order comes right out since the patties areprepared already. Good for what it is. Fast food that's better than Burger King and In and Out burger. I got the lotaburger - cooked well, with... visible amount of fillings (onions, lettuce, tomato). Seasoned fries are fantastic - crunchy and I'm not a fries person. Ididn't get the lotaburger "New Mexico" style as it was over 1,000 calories - I'm glad they posted the calories. I get to Lotaburger after placing an order. I step in and wait for 5 minutes before anyone attended to me. Once they do, the... guy asked what I want. I told him my name and he was the rudest guy. I asked him for ketchup and it was never given. I askedhim for my drinks and he said WAIT! I will get you the cups. I ordered jalapeños and he said I would have to pay for them. Icall BS. So sad. their burgers are always amazing but i was disappointed in what I found in mine. wax paper was still on the patty. after a... couple bites i realized something wasn?t right and i?m truly sick to my stomach. i was pulling plastic and paper out of mybraces! management handled everything ok, but the cook needs better training. I am from California and love me some in n out, and I must say I absolutely loved Blake's Lotaburger and I wish we had them in... California. Super good burger with the pepper on top! Read more

Literally the slowest fast food type place I have ever been to. There were 5 people on the assembly line pretty much just... blankly staring at each other and moving as slow as humanly possible. Took 25 minutes for 1 burger and 1 onion ring. Would nevergo back here. Read more
