My pizza was supposed to ready between 5:19 til 5:29. I got there at 5:29. They told me my pizza would not be ready for at least... 20 more minutes. They had gotten an order for 25 pizzas from the fire dept. I understand but they should of called or text meabout the delay. I did not get my pizza till 5:54. Last time I go to dominoes in Milan TN. I wasn?t the only one in thispredicament. There were between 15 to 18 people in the parking lot. Also while I was there one of the employees after he talkedto another customer he turned to the person I assumed was the manager and said there?s another cancelled order. They are quick and they know how to make it crispy...the delivery drivers are super polite. They don't walk in my flower... bed..lol..great job you guys sure make teenage boy's very happy! Mine was a truly abysmal experience. To refer to the OBJECT I received as a pizza stretches the definition of the word. There... was so little dough of any kind that the depth of it could be measured in molecules. The absolutely paper-thin bed of doughthroughout the "pizza" was topped with nothing but a solid 1/4" of cheese. Does this sound like a meal? Does it sound like foodthat I should be paying my hard-earned money for? I don't think so. What's more, this isn't the first time I've receivedinedible food from this establishment. I suspect that an issue of workplace culture is at play here and nothing short ofchanging management entirely could rectify an environment that is so outright hostile to the customer. The pizza was as thin as a piece of tissue paper. Too much cheese. The dough is being distributed unevenly resulting in crust... that?s too high and a center that?s razor thin meaning all you taste is cheese, which is kind of gross. It?s like this everytime I order from this location. Read more
Ordered a Caesar salad and primavera pasta. Got a tossed salad and Alfredo pasta. When I called to explain to a manager I was... told "we are busy can you call back in an hour" then hung up on.
