I placed an online order. Which only gave me the option for regular or toasted for my chicken. I chose regular because I did not... want toasted. I get there and go through the drive thru. Only 1 car in front of me and 2 cars in front of the building. I sitfor 5 mins with nothing, no please hold OR even a simple I?ll be with you in a min. I finally said, hello? And a minute later ayoung lady apologized and asked to take my order. I informed her of my mobile order, so she immediately brought me food out.Which I appreciated but I get to my home that is less than 5 mins away. As soon as I took my sub out, I instantly knew it wascold. COLD CHICKEN. So I call, because I?m beyond frustrated at this point. As long as I have ate at subway, never have I beenserved COLD CHICKEN. I speak with the manager regarding my sub. She begins to explain how it is my fault that I did not put itin special instructions.. I said ma?am, if subway online orders needed for you to do that- then it would say that. As she isgetting defensive and speaking over me. I told her how I also sat in the drive thru for over 5 mins with having to say hellobefore I could get someone on the mic. With her attitude, she says I?m sorry ma?am I?m training a new employee. No offer to fixmy sandwich or nothing. Read more

Fresh as usual at this location, but out of tea again. Tea thingi is broken. At least that's what I was told ????. ???? Here for... lunch again today, and not serving tea... again. I guess the tea thingy is broken for good, lol. still good subs. Read more

The kids are too young that work here. They don't put enough meat on your sandwich like they're supposed to. Also when you ask... for extra they gave me a shaving of meat which, I was asking for a deluxe for my husband they seriously upset me especially withthe price of a sandwich. I don't go to this Subway anymore! Read more

I ordered online. My credit card was charged. I drove to the restaurant and waited in line for the drive-thru. I was told that... no online orders were received. I would have to pay again to get any food, and the original (lost) order would be refundedbecause it would not be completed. I drove to Wendy's and ordered food. No refund was given by Subway. I had to report afraudulent charge to the credit card co. Read more

SAD excuse of a restaurant of ANYTHING close! I waited in the drive-thru for at least 30 minutes! They may have been busy... inside, but had NO PROBLEM taking my money for my order & making me WAIT OVER 25 minutes & I was the ONLY ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU!My order was not right! I chose the drive thru for convenience, but it took me 26 minutes to order and get my food. The food was delicious and the... service was great. Next time , I will just go inside. Read more

My second time here grabbing a cold cut for lunch. Pretty decent location. Bathrooms are nice and clean, lobby was a little... fuller than last time but service is great and food relatively fresh. As a little added plus,the hand sanitizer in the lobbymakes a tingle sensation. Can't beat that. ???? Read more
