No sauce in my bag at all and I asked for a lot of sauce. I paid for it too. Now I can’t eat my wings I don’t even live in... Milford. the cashier maritza smiled at me when I left cause she knew she left out my sauces on purpose. I waited the longest formy food when I ordered before people too. Yeah I’m good on that. The worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. I placed my order it said at 7:17 your food will be delivered, then... that changed to 7:32 then at 8 a hour after I had ordered I got a text saying my order had been canceled or modified I calledand they told me my order had been stolen they already have made my food again and a driver is picking up my food. Another hourgoes by again and I don’t hear anything or have my food and I called them again and they tell me the food had been sittingthere and no one has picked it up and i asked well do I need to cancel or what and the lady didn’t care at all she just said no body has came by then after a few seconds of silence said I think a driver is coming now so I hang up 30-40 minutes later Icall again because this is absolutely ridiculous I called about 12 times because they kept answer and said I’m gonna place youon hold then every single time I would get sent to a voicemail for a restaurant because that makes since then the 12th trycalling someone answers then says the same thing can I place you on a brief hold I told the person no I’ve been trying to callthe brief hold is you transfer if me to some voicemail box. I ordered my food damn near 3 hours ago what’s going on the ladyon the phone didn’t care either and just said we are just canceling your order and hung up on me. Customer service was rudeand terrible I understand not having any drivers but to not say anything having my phone number on file you can’t call to tellme my order isn’t being picked up it’s probably best we cancel I mean come on. The pictures don't do the food and drink justice. I believe we made it out on a discount Tues. or Wed. evening and got a variety... of wings. The place was packed but not rowdy. It was really nice for people who enjoy watching the NBA Playoffs and other sportsbar-like entertainment. The service was good. A note to anyone interested in beers on tap: at least 2 or 3 of theseasonal/specialty drinks were out. All of the wings were delicious but I mostly enjoyed the jamming jalapeno! It's a sticky,sweet heat combination provided by jalapeno jam. Also enjoyed the crispy tots. Happy to see a place doing well, in the mall. Read more
I go for the chicken but stay for the burgers in my opinion they have AMAZING DOUBLE CHEEBUGERS! I did togo in the mall usually... eat in but did a takeout for the first time one condiment in my bag i had fries and 12 bonesless wings I had to catch myexpress bus shout out to CTTRANSIT! Read more
BWWs Milford is the best when it comes to Wings & traditional Burgers/sandwiches. Amazing variety available and now features... some new options for vegetarians with addition of 4 new sauces/seasoning for wings. Finally they have Orange chicken. Asian zingcauliflower is great as well. In burgers/ sandwiches my fav is Nashville hot chicken. Fish sandwich is available now too. Waittime is crazy over weekends. I am usually not a fan of BWW, but the bird dawgs have changed me. They are absolutely delicious. I couldn't decide between the... three so I got one of each. For the spice adverse, note that they put buffalo sauce in all of them so you can ask for it to bethe mild one like I did. The service was great. The atmosphere is loud, but that is to be expected. Highly recommend using theapp for pickup orders since they have a hard time answering the phone. Read more
