??????EDIT?????? This is a revision of my previous review. Rating changed from ???? to ???. I used to really like the food... here and thought it was a welcome higher end alternative to Taco Bell. But lately, I'm sorry to say things have gone downhill atthis location. They used to stuff the burritos so full they'd need extra foil to wrap it to go. The last few visits they havereally skimped on the meat and sometimes it looks like it's been out for too long (not fresh). Of course it's more expensivedue to inflation. Last year's burrito would last me two meals, but now the size has almost halved. Also, the staff is notparticularly caring and the place was not clean at all. It's still very busy there, so perhaps the managers feel they can reston their laurels, but this is one customer who will probably look elsewhere for some good Mexican food. Read more

This place is managed horribly. They are always out of a meat, corn, guac, peppers etc. GARBAGE IS OVERFLOWING. Out of utensils.... seriously?? Employees don?t care obviously. Also the meat is not prepared as well as other locations. PLACE IS FILTHY. Read more

The food was good but the service was not good compared to other Chipotle stores. Around 3pm the store ran out veggies and black... beans and said wont be able to refill. The server seem tired and frustrated. Read more

Stopped in to get some guacamole. Asked the attendant if she could get some fresh ones, as the ones sitting in the container... were looking dated. She gave me the worst look, then proceeded to the back to retrieve the fresh supply. She scraped the oldguacamole into the fresh one, dished it and dropped it in front of me. I came here today around 3pm and was made a burrito that was less than half way filled with food. I have been ordering the same... thing for many years & this was the first time my burrito was completely flat instead of round. The tortilla was also hard. I?mhoping the person who made it was new but even if that?s the case, he should not be allowed to prepare food for people until heknows how to. I didn?t eat anything today & was really counting on this meal to leave me satisfied but instead I was stillhungry. Waste of my time & money. I also asked this same person for a side of guac which he did not get for me so I then askedanother person who also did not get it for me but instead asked a third person who replied ?I?m off the clock? until sheeventually did get me my guac. I love chipotle but this is probably the worst one I've been to. Which sucks because it's the closest one to my house. Chips... were missing a couple times, they charged us twice another time. Last time I ordered online for two fountain drinks, a burritoand tacos. When we went in and the fountain machine was broken.. so we basically got charged for nothing. Idk if the tacos arenormally wrapped in tinfoil like the burritos but they were wrapped and all mushed together. Every time we go something happens???? Read more

Well this was my first time eating in this place .it was ok until I got my food and went to sit down !wow it wasn't clean at all... !I am disappointed because this restaurant just opened in Stratford and I expected more!I had a chicken fajita and a beef bowlwith soda and it was ok. the staff was chatting between themselves .when it is slow they need to wipe down and clean especiallybecause of covid and other viruses going around !
