I was so happy to find a dibellas in Connecticut. I haven't had a sub from here since I was last in Rochester many years ago.... And it was just as good as I remember. The bread is amazing. I never get a "bad" sub from Dibella's. I am not a steak and cheese person but I will say from here it is amazing!!! Everything... is fresh and bread is always amazing. I heard one man complain about the pricing. You pay for what you get and the prices arenot that high. The cost of everything has gone up so don't argue with the staff, they don't set the prices. I haven't had a Sub here since pre Covid (... would give only 1 star but even though "Everyone is doing it", it doesn't make it appealing. I won't go back now, and if itmakes DiBella's feel any better?- I won't go back to anyone. Their price was high, but WAS worth it, not now. Am i wrong? Areyou moving the meat to the center from the ends so as to appear to have more meat on it when you cut it in half and look inside?That is what I see. Ordered 5 subs in total. 3 of which had extra options costing an additional 10 plus dollars. Nothing came with extra. Steak and... cheese was normal meat (ends of bread had no meat) also had little to no cheese even though it had extra cheese. Also ordered ameatball with extra meat and godfather with extra meat both were normal (see godfather in picture). Called to ask for credit orto cancel the extra options trying to go back to them. Was put on hold to be told that her gm made these specifically and madesure they had extra meat. Second time this had happened. In a 90$ order. For this to repeatedly happen. I think we?redone. Very saddened by today's experience. Went in for two veggie subs and barely any veggies on them. I'm pretty much eating bread.... Not worth the $11 these things cost. Can't say I'll be back anytime soon. Read more

EDIT: Management needs to stop leaving the teams there unsupervised. We went there a couple weeks ago at night and the working... team was not wearing any hairnets. Their hair was everywhere! The guy working the grill, his pants were hanging and his wholederriere was showing. Unprofessional. OG post: Place to get a nice sub. Better quality than the big chains. Good bread.Customer Service is fine. I've never felt disrespected or anything. Four Stars because if you get a hefty sandwich (with allKINDS of ingredients) it may mess up your stomach but that's really it. I get a turkey sandwich and I am good to go! Read more
