Honestly, Dominos pizza is good once in awhile and most times the food has been correct and good. Every time I?ve ever had an... order wrong though and I?ve called regarding the matter, I?ve always been talked back to harshly and disrespectfully. I foundhair in the food I received (and even ended up biting into it - gross) and fortunately I received a refund, but when I hadcalled to report it initially, a Spanish woman on the other end was so extremely rude even though I remained calmed when Ieasily couldn?t have since the matter was a huge health code violation. The owners really need to question who they hire and seecustomer service as a top priority. Read more

***update June 2022- food is edible if you're a little tipsy. Drivers don?t want to come up to door or in a building and want... you to meet them outside of their car even with a 20 tip. Do yourself a favor and pick ?carry out? for stratford. **update Nov.2020- I just ordered a cheese pan pizza and Parmesan bread bites and they were yummy and cooked perfectly. Not burnt or dry atall. Not sure if they?ve had a bunch of complaints or bad reviews or just turned the oven or timer down a bit. Ugh I just movedto Milford from Stratford and really enjoyed a monthly Domino?s splurge there. So of course I now start ordering from theMilford one..BIG MISTAKE. Out of 4-5 orders..4 of them were very overcooked. I don?t know if their oven is too hot or they?releaving the food in too long. But the pan pizza slices are actually separated and barely touching when I open the box the last 4times I ordered. It should be soft on the top with some dark brown cheese bubbles and gooey cheese when you pull a slice fromthe pie. And the garlic and Parmesan twists are always over cooked, really brown and dry. You can?t overlook bread guys..it?sgross and requires water or drinks to get it down your throat. The time before last..the bread BITES were perfect. However,yesterday they were the color and texture of leather (even after calling the store specifically and asking for them AND thecheesy bread to be light baked). The pizza sucked and the bread bites were horrible. The only thing edible this delivery was thestuffed cheesy bread. I called store and they offered to replace but at this point..I think I should just be done with thisstore and drive 20 min to the Stratford Domino?s. Read more
I've been here many times, and they're always very fast, yet do a good job. Honestly, the pizza here is pretty great considering... it's a chain restaurant. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Make sure you check the app for any good deals. Read more
I used to love this place- pizza that you could always count on to taste/be made the same, fast delivery and hot food. I bought... 6 pizzas tonight, desserts, sodas - a big order - left a good tip - and the pizza comes COLD! The only thing hot was the lavacakes - but no frosting cup ( that I paid for of course). I might have thought maybe they are just having a bad night- but thisis the second time in a row! You spend $90 dollars at Domino's of all places, at least the cheese on your pizza should bemelted! Not cold, and congealed. I honestly can't believe they delivered it - and according to their tracker it took them 28minutes to deliver it to my house! It used to come in less than 15 minutes! And hot! But, they gave me a 20% coupon to use nexttime. For a $90 order- and I'm sure that doesn't count the ridiculous delivery charge they tack on. Read more
