Tried to get donuts in a bag, nitwit behind counter would not give me it. Said there wasn't any bags. I wasn't going to argue... with the brain dead guy but if he looked behind him there was 6million bags tucked nicely where they were supposed to be.Retraining would be nice but I'm still stuck with this gaudy box that I can't carry with other things. I work for the USPS and sometimes I am Forced to use public restrooms. Today I went to use this one and it was flooded and urine... was all over the place. Somehow a pool of urine was even on the top of the toilet. No toilet paper. I had to go back a few hourslater and it was still in the same condition. It was useful, being right on the way home but, I didn't get to benefit from the coupon that I had. The Manager had just left, ... about the same time as I picked up my Wife from work, and the counter-person didn't know how to access my coupon... I ordered a box of Joe and a couple of dozen donuts. They were very friendly, and got the order perfect. I ordered at the drive... thru and then drove around d to the front so others in line could proceed. They delivered the order to me outside, and made sureI checked to see if they'd included the creamers, cups, sugar etc. They did an excellent job! Read more
Have gone to this location numerous times. Service is extremely slow, whether there is a line or not. Tall, blonde, middle aged... woman with tattoos (sorry, don't know her name, as they don't wear name tags) is often working the morning shift. She has zeropersonality; doesn't respond to greetings from customers and comes off as being miserable and unhappy in her job. She should notbe in customer service. I said something to the manager today, who is a friendly, courteous and kind, but I doubt anything willbe done. I think it's time for me to go a little out of my way to one of the other D&D's in town where I've found faster andmore friendly service. Read more
