Great pizza. Worth the wait. Calling ahead can be difficult. Typical 30-40 minute wait but it?s really good. Building layout is... awkward and feels more crammed than it should be especially in the bar area. Some of the best pizza in CT. I hear they makeother food but hard to go away from the pizza. Got this pizza to take back to our room. Pizza was a bit pricey, but very tasty. Atmosphere inside was a bit loud and... bustling, typical popular spot activity! Decent little place to get some pizza. Sauce and cheese were good, very fast service, friendly staff, I've had alot of pizza... being from queens NY, but this is a close representation of nyc style pizza, only complaint is that the large pizza was a bitsmaller than I thought, me and 1 other adult polished off the whole pie. My wife and visited GG Wood Fired Pizza on a whim and we are so glad we did. The server was friendly and we had our order on the... table quickly. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage and also shared a Cobb salad. Both were great! The pizza hada perfect charred crust and the dressing for the salad was very good. Are you kidding I'm now obsessed with this place. First of all, the service is incredible. Everyone is so warm and welcoming... from the second you walk in. It's very busy! But we walked in the front door and even the other customers were friendly. Juliewas our server- truly a treasure! She recommended our drinks and food order and really impressed us. The FOOD!!!
