I don't know how much they pay here, but the gentlemen on the grill should be the trademark for how to work. I hope they pay... him well and realize what they have. He was fast, efficient and everything was perfect. I pointed him out to my boys and toldthem, that's how you work! The staff serving the orders always double checked the orders before serving food. I've been to this location in the mall about 5 or 6 times. Out of all of those times I've really had only 1 bad experience. The... guys for the most part are friendly. The female staff however are not as friendly. Would this stop me from going again? Probablynot. The one shake that a friend mine ordered was absolutely not made with love, but was still good. While a little pricey, I'vealways enjoyed my burger. Read more
Burger was bland, the deluxe shake was bland, the fries were terrible and bland, all of the food was overpriced. I could have... gotten more food that tasted better in every way for less money at McDonalds. I ended up drinking half my shake, ate half theburger, and didn't finish my fries because they were just that terrible. Read more

My friend and I had an awful experience at this Johnny Rockets today. For whatever reason, they made my friends meal twice, and... ironically got his order wrong the second time. Then, I had to wait an absurd amount of time for my burger, only eventually didthe guy in charge come by and ask me what I wanted. As I'm being handed my burger, it turns out I was only charged for a singlepatty. Now not to sound entitled or anything, but most places let that slide on them, but no, I had to go back to the registerand pay an extra 2.50 on top of the already ridiculous $16 'meal' consisting of a shake, burger and fries. Johnny Rockets, ifyou're going to charge me $9 for a burger, it should not be dry, burnt and overall lackluster. I can get a much tastier burger,much more, better tasting fries and a drink at Five Guys for almost 50% less than what you guys are charging and 100% lesshassle. I do not recommend this place at all.
