Very suspect location. There is cars parked in the truck parking spots, no surveillance cameras and parking spots away from the... store are not well lit. Does not feel safe to be parked away far from building. Also, no fencing to keep people from potentiallybreaking into your trailer. I hope I don't wake up with a broken seal and missing freight. Very close to new york and this areais not the most safe to begin with. These type of issues need to be addressed. Read more
I didn?t grab the lady?s name this morning, but the one who came in today at 6am was running the whole store by herself! Not... only that but her attitude was what we all wish to see or have! You don?t find service or patience like that these days and Ihope she knows she?s appreciated! Read more
If you?re a transporter in a van/sprinter don?t stop here to sleep they don?t allow it. Save your money, and find some place... else that wants your business. And also respects what you do and understands that all though we don?t drive a truck you stilltransport goods long distances and deserve to be able to sleep in a parking space. We spend thousands a week most of us out ofour own pocket at these places some of us have corporations funding us as well, but most of us are small business owners justtrying to get some rest on the road. Most of the staff was nice but it has been a nightmare. There is advertising up that you can use points to do laundry. I spent a... good 30 minutes with a staff member trying to figure out how. Only to find out they changed washer and dryers and don't supporttaking points for it. Then I could only find a 5.00 and asked for quarters and was told they don't give out quarters. Like comeon. Needs more parking. Entrance to small and long. Good food menu. A lot of showers and they are kept busy. The showers are big... but not hot because so much use. And not well designed. Read more
Have stopped here often through the years on the way up to New England. It's always been clean. Staff friendly. Basic facilities... including a laundry makes it quite useful. Parking is a bit on the tight side though. If it's full, after stopping here andfueling and or using the facilities, shower etc, there's a service area with more parking barely two minutes north on 95. Gothere. Read more
The parking lot is pretty full on the weekends due to few dropped trailers and locals parking for the end of the week. Staff... working hard to keep everything running well. Read more
