Greattest selection and good proces. Wishing their draft been selection was larger but even with what they got I always find... something to take home with me. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I would clean the bathrooms here. I would stock the shelves. It's clean. It's bright.... The selections are endless. I have to say I'm extremely upset with the customer service in the whole experience I received tonight at the Milford location.... I have given it a couple chances thinking hey everyone has a bad day. Even though that is not an excuse. Especially when I camefrom retail management. I came across to associate to the sales floor one of them even stood next to me for a few minutes and Iwas 100% invisible. Not even a hello. And it's unfortunate that this is that the first time it has occurred. I've done proceededto check out and the cashier acknowledge the customer prior to me. But when it was my turn I was not greeted at all until Iacknowledged her. On the way out there was two associates at the customer service area I was once again not acknowledged once soever. In addition I do have to add that I was going to purchase more items but I felt 100% uncomfortable and I'm welcomed onceagain. I even thought about putting everything back that I had in my hand and I should have. It is a 45 minute drive each wayout of my way I've been shopping here for years but I think this is definitely going to be the last time at this location. It'sunfortunate that I feel that 100% race and ethnicity has a part to do with the way I was treated. Then to top it off whilereviewing my receipt tonight I was overcharged I purchase a single item and I was charged for four pack. I thought the totalsounded a little high when I was there. But unfortunately I did not bother to look at the receipt nor the total because I justwanted to get out since I felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that this just keeps happening and it has notbeen addressed and looking at the reviews I see that it's an ongoing issue for years not sure how they're still in business. We were looking to purchase some wine for a visit with some family nearby. We are from Delaware and have shopped at Total Wines... there for a number of years. So, we were glad to see this one. If you've ever set foot in here you already know what awaits you. Not only is the selection VAST, the staff is courteous and... helpful. We recently had the pleasure of talking with Bob (in the bourbon section) and he offered us samples of some highquality (and surprisingly low priced) selections and shared some anecdotes about an $8k bottle of Pappy. Great & wide variety in Wines ????, Beers, some non-alcohol... drinks, accessories, unique selection of drinking glasses, gift sets, and so much more. They even have a Wine testing area. Prices range from affordable to "That's not so bad either"????. Wide and spacious location. Good parking area. Super helpful andfriendly staff. My husband loves the Stella Rosa Black wine. Here at Total Wine & More the 25.4Fl.oz bottle is $11.99 everywhereelse, including online, it's $12.99. So my husband bought that one and the 1500ML for $22.99. Same great selection of beer and all that other stuff ;) Very helpful staff, spent time with me looking up beers to see if they... had them in stock. Prices are ok. Parking lot is good and next to ShopRite's XL lot. So plenty of room if you're driving alarger vehicle or pulling a trailer. Like Arnold says : "I'll be back" lol And the next day, I went back to get more beer thatI could not find at my regular TW in NJ... Jenn helped me pick out a nice wine as well.
