My smoothie wasn't good. I got the strawberry mango with orange juice it was too sour.
I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from on service. That staff were great, I was acknowledged and told she would be... right with me. I waited just enough time to figure out what to order. The prices are great, the quality and the taste of thesmoothies are worth it. I didn't order any food so I cannot speak on that but I saw them making items and they looked great.When I was given my smoothies she apologized for the wait 2 times. I did not wait long at all. Making a smoothie takes a fewminutes so have some patience. I will definitely be returning here for more!!! Read more

ordered flatbread sandwich, salad, side and smoothie. The sandwich was fine, filling, not too many calories and affordable,... salad was mid, they forgot the dressing and utensils, side salad was just chunky coleslaw, wish it was shredded. gf liked thesmoothie. food was fine but this location is unprofessional, inconsistent and noisy. 3 stars. The food isn't bad at all. The service needs to be a.little more professional. A young kid with curly hair, gives a short... attitude on the phone while i was placing an order. Waited 35 minutes to be acknowledged and then after ordering and paying waited another 20 minutes to receive a horrible tasting... smoothie which tasted like water. The girls their do not even acknowledge customers and have a horrible attitude only focusingon online orders and disregarding the 9 people that were standing there to order. After my order was complete I waited 20minutes even though My smoothie was done and the put them on the shelf as if they were for door dash even though my tag says TOGO. 1 hour of my life waisted for 2 horrible tasting smoothies. GO to smoothie king or Jamba Juice 1/2 mile down the road.Roughly same price better customer service and quicker service as well. Read more
Every time my wife and I drove by this location in Milford, we've been meaning to stop in for a visit. We finally did that on a... Friday around 8pm. We almost didn't go in to the establishment because it looked dark inside and there were stools set up on topof the tables in the windows. Luckily we spotted a small "OPEN" sign glowing green and decided to go inside. The place waspretty clean inside. We were met first by a young lady wearing her mask, who promptly announced that they weren't serving foodanymore for the night. Good thing we only wanted to try the smoothies. She was joined shortly after by another co-worker (Nomask on) who was blasting some loud, annoying music at full volume from her phone. The loud music was briefly interruptedbecause a call came through on her phone that she had to answer before fulfilling our orders. The cup size of the smoothie wassurprising large for the price. I've paid more for less at Robex, another smoothie establishment in CT. I had no complaintsabout the taste of mine. However as we were driving home, my wife took 2 sips of hers and promptly said it tasted like ice andwater, absolutely no taste. I tried hers and had to agree with her... somewhat. I thought it tasted like muddy water. Insummary...there was really nothing tropical about this place. I like the price for the size of the end product, but I lost outby having to toss one of the smoothies out. Someone should introduce that employee playing the loud music from her phone to apair of earphones. Not everyone has the same taste in music. I felt bad for the other employee in the store who was stucklistening to that for an entire shift. So even though I liked the price, size, and taste of my smoothie, this may be the firstand last visit to this establishment. Read more
Thank you for supporting your local teachers!! They catered a lunch for my school with wraps and smoothies. Everything was yummy... and fresh. I had the Thai chicken wrap which was delicious! Also had a jetty punch smoothie which was a mix of banana andstrawberry. Tasted like a starburst. Will stop in the next time I?m in the mood for a wrap! Thank you!! Read more
