The food taste good but the employees are beyond disrespectful. It?s 7:30pm I called for a sub the lady on the phone tells me... they?re closed so I go ?I thought you guys closed at 8?? Which is when they do close it?s literally on google and she didn?trespond she just got super quiet for a couple seconds and then she just hung up? won?t be ordering here EVER again that?s beyonddisrespectful just wow. Doors locked before 7:45 pm. The store hours on the door indicated they close at 8. Store has employees inside and the lights... are on. Disappointing considering I?m from out of town. Update- before I could leave another couple found out they closed earlyby pulling the locked door. Read more
This place is number one for my daughter just for their impossible cheesesteak. One time we both ordered cheesesteaks, hers... impossible, mine regular. I ate half of one before realizing I had eaten (accidentally) half the impossible. That's howamazingly delicious and indistinguishable they were. Read more
My husband ordered a philly cheese steak which tasted underwhelming. The bread got soggy fast and the beef was too chopped up. ... I ordered a barbecue turkey salad- worst salad I ever had from a fast food place. the lettuce was limp and wet - tasted old. The whole plate looked so unappetizing so I ended up throwing it out. This was my first time eating at a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop. The restaurant was small, but overall decent. The sandwich was... very good, and ready in a timely manner. There was a lot of meat and the meat was warm. The prices are high, but you do get alot for the price. They have a good variety of sandwiches to choose from. Make sure to get a lot of napkins since they aremessy. Read more
Ordered only on 4th of July not realizing they were closed. 2 days later I saw my card was still charged and gave them a call.... They said I could come in and pick up the order which we did. My husband got an Italian and I got a regular sized cheese steak.We were both disappointed. There was hardly any meat on either and just tasted bland. The Rehoboth location is much better. Read more
I have no idea how people have given this store a bad rating in the past. I have went here at least 10 times the past 3 months... and have never had an issue. I could honestly say these are some of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had. Read more
