Ordered pizzas for a birthday party took 2 hrs to receive cold pizzas. After an hour we called to check the status they managers... told us it's on the way. The driver should be there any minute. 30 min later called back and was told the same thing. Mind youits only a 6 min drive. I get it it's busy and people are under staffed but this is not new. While my pickup order was made correctly and quickly the staff when I picked up my order was barely attentive. They did not ask... me if I needed extra sauces or anything. The staff was too busy joking and having fun with their coworkers to care if I neededanything. Read more

I ordered pizza and chicken bites on Saturday. The pizza looked like it was cooked last week and reheated every day until it was... delivered. I was given bone-in hot wings instead of chicken bites. The food was so poor quality that I threw it in the trash. Icalled and complained and was told I would receive a refund. When I checked my bank account, I found that I had been charged thefull amount. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. AMANDA refused to get on the phone and the guy who answeredthe phone was a go-between. AMANDA was standing right there, and I could hear her telling him what to say. She finally got onthe phone, yelled at me, and told me I would have to contact my bank for a refund (which makes no sense). I told her I would bemaking a complaint with corporate, and she gladly told me her name and said, "Go ahead," as if it were some threat. Now, aftertrying to contact corporate several times, I realize why she "threatened" me; there is absolutely no way to get in touch withanyone higher up to make a complaint. This company is TRASH, and AMANDA is a lousy manager!! Read more
Same distance from me as Papa John's (barely over 10 minutes) but they won't deliver because apparently it is "too far" but it... just seems like laziness. It could honestly help their business to make the trip by getting more customers and tips, but hey ifthey don't want that, Papa John's is the way to go. Read more
I'm giving 3 stars because my other visits are usually okay but my most recent one was kinda bad. I did an order through my app.... One of my pizzas was supposed to have extra marinara and extra mushrooms, and the other extra robust tomato sauce. I receivedthe first pizza with the normal amount of marinara and mushrooms, and the second with no sauce at all. Not to mention the wingswe ordered just had the sauce literally drizzled on... Will never order again! Took 1.5 hrs to have 2 pizzas delivered! And, 2 pizzas cost $37 with coupons! Pizzas left store at 8:22,... didn't get to my house until 9:15 and I only live 10 minutes away from store! Order placed at 7:51 with wait time of 33-43minutes! Again, 1.5 hours! And nasty driver!
