They act like it?s an imposition to wait on a customer who happens to pay their salary and that brings me to the tip thing. No... one at this one deserves a tip - go to the one at midway to learn how to serve! You order coffee w cream and sugar - they forgetthe sugar. Once it was black but the sticker clearly said sugar and cream on it. They never say thank you. It?s just get out ofthis place so I can get back to doing nothing. Read more
I'm unsure of why when placing an ordere at this location they can not seem to get it right, Maybe if the drive thru employee... was not distracted by overly loud obnoxious store front employees she could properly hear what customers are ordering andcustomers would not have to turn around to get it corrected or just take something they had to pay for and disliked. This is theonly location where there is always a problem with the order. The walmart location and Dover location we have never had to turnaround because of an incorrect order maybe they should send a manager to this location to retrain the employees. Read more
This particular Dunkin needs to be put under new management. The workers there are rude and they can not make a simple cup of... coffee correct. It's bad enough the coffee is overly priced in the first place and to add to it it's not being made right. I gothere on my way to work. If this wasn't the only Dunkin on my way to work I would avoid it like the plague. No one wants to gosomewhere and hand your money over to someone that is rude and can't make your coffee correct. There is one worker that isperfect, she greets me over the intercom and thanks me, she smiles, makes sure I get my receipt and doesn't purposely stick itover my drinking hole on my lid with a ridiculous dirty sticker, and she thanks me and ends the transaction perfectly. I don'tknow her name because I have never seen name tags on anyone. I have made this Dunkin fully aware of everything that goes on hereand no one has done anything to resolve the issues. Read more
I come here everyday for my ice coffee only but I wanted to try the avocado toast for the first time and my bread was burnt.
These people are great at their job! We stopped here during a long car ride, on our way there and back. We had Charity and... another girl and both of them had great personalities. Read more
This place never has donuts in the late afternoon or evening. I will clarify that by saying they have all of the off the wall... donuts that nobody buys but any of the popular ones forget it. Don't understand how this place is open until 10pm but you can'tget donuts??If you want donuts go to the Harrington store. Read more

Coffee was watered down. No sugar in my coffee. They made me put my Own cream cheese on my bagel. Mentally challenged? Lazy?... Bad management? We?ll never know. Sandwich was most likely made by a gorilla plus it was burned. At least the donut holeswere ok. Read more
