I?ve been ordering online because of the reward points you get. My food is ready every-time i get to the location my food is... always made accurately. It?s placed in the pick up location right by the registers. Food is delicious i literally only eat theirSpicy chicken breast and wings cause it?s always fresh and keeps me going back . Whoever owns this Popeyes should be ashamed of themselves. They left one employee there to manage the entire restaurant alone.... Although the woman provided excellent service she did it through tears. She should have never been put in that kind ofsituation. Management should have closed the store if they did not have enough employees to serve their customers. SAD! Read more
I love Popeyes but the last 2 visits have been very disappointing. One employee is less than pleasant, half the items on the... board, they no longer have. Rarely is there tea in the dispenser. Read more
So... This place has been in Milford for a while and I just never got around to giving it a shot till just recently. I will say... that it seems like some of the staff on the register may be new and not as speedy but there attitude and the willingness of theother employees to help made up for it. I've been there twice in the last three weeks and the food has been amazing. On my firsttrip I placed an order of the chicken nuggets to go for later and they were smelling so good I had to try them on the way home.Did the same thing on the following trip and had to wait ten minutes for fresh ones which honestly, in my opinion, is way betterthan getting an item that has been sitting around for half the day, so the wait was worth it. The members of the staff arefriendly and helpful. The food (spicy chicken sandwich, mac-n-cheese, chicken nuggets) is really tasty! I'd recommend this placeas a great alternative to Chick-fil-A and/or KFC. Read more
