Went in at 4:15 on a Sunday, not very busy at all. The guy on register didn't even acknowledge us until he saw that no one else... was going to, then mumbled at us like he was trying to get out of doing his job. Took our order, got it wrong because he wastalking to his coworkers, and then our food wasn't even STARTED until the shift/kitchen trainer came in 10 minutes later tostart his shift. We ordered the nacho fries box and the deluxe cravings box which is supposed to come with nacho fries. When wedidn't receive that and asked for the food we ordered, we were met with "well if you didn't say you want the nacho one I can'tgive it to you." There is only one on the menu. Maybe learn what you people are serving instead of chatting with each other andcomplaining about people's orders. Read more

This Taco Bell gave my family food poisoning on Friday night on top of the terrible service from the employees. Has anyone else... experienced rapidly on-setting negative digestive effects after eating here? I can't tell you how many pairs of pants I had tothrow away. If I'm doing this correct and it's the Milford,Delaware store, it was an awful experience. The side door was unlocked. When we... went in we were informed that the dining room was closed. Then we waited endlessly at the front of the drive thru line. I don'tknow how long but I listened to 2 songs on the radio. Then my order was wrong. I didn't even go back. Inside was closed so we had to use the drive through. We ordered the Dorito chicken taco w no lettuce or tomatoes. Then we... ordered the nachos bell grande. Then I said make the Doritos tacos 2 of them. He was ok. 1. We got 3 tacos 2. None were Doritostacos 3. 2 of them had lettuce and tomato on it 4. The bell grande- what a laugh the chips were dark brown and there was maybe atablespoon of hamburger mixture in the middle. 5. The order was not repeated back to us 6. We weren?t greeted or thanked 7. Paid$16 and couldn?t even eat it - chips over cooked no mixture to even eat w the over cooked chips tomato and lettuce which makesthe kid gag and throw up! Should?ve went to chick fil a but when I said Taco Bell my niece wanted to go there. I doubt she?llwant to see another Taco Bell in a long long time! Read more

We walked in to some manager talking very loudly about an employee sitting in the parking lot for an hour and a half instead of... working. This manager then locked all of the entrance doors because their team couldn't keep up with orders. The drive throughwas backed up, and we left without any food. Not that I expect a fine dining experience when going to Taco Bell, but I at leastexpect not to be locked in the building because the team couldn't get their stuff together. 5 stars for entertainment, but 1star for service. Burritos were fresher and filled much more than expected (more than my local Taco Bell in SE PA). For context, I ordered a... cheesy bean and rice burrito from the value menu, added guacamole for a small extra charge (instead of the higher sodium saucesusually included on it). Best vegetarian value for the money if you have to eat out / can't cook at home for whatever reason. Bonus is it seems like no matter which location I go to, the employees are happy enough to be there, so the company must treatthem better than most fast food corporations. Read more

Not customer friendly ...despite doors unlocked at 9 pm they had zero interest in placing my order. Maybe locking the door ,... taking my order and locking me back out would have shown you cared. Not first time I have tried this store out and each time Iregret it. Read more

Erica was a terrible shift supervisor and gave us terrible customer service. She had no hospitality and refused to help find a... solution to our problem we had with the bad quality food we received from her and her staff. The staff was extremely rude anddidn't care about us customers. Also this location is extremely slow. In total we spent 30 minutes here and still had bad foodproducts when we left. Chicken Littles were old and hard and rubbery several times of receiving them. Poor service, poor food,bad location. Read more
