I?ve read reviews that say service can be slow at the location south of this one; we hit them at 2:30 pm and under no stress so... think we got excellent service beyond some hiccups. Everything cooked to order. They have a huge menu, lots of choices and thatmight have caused some issues as I was placing our order, nice girl seemed to have issues finding stuff to punch in to computer.She got the good ordering fixed items off the menu, she got a ?Big Easy Burger?, it has some slightly hot sauce that was good,her fries were fresh and crispy. Her coke and all large drinks even ice tea must be a high profit items at $4.49. The ketchupwas off brand but she liked everything. I ordered À la cart and this might have been part of the problem. I ordered a burgerwith: fried onions, lettuce, bacon and cheddar. It was delivered with fresh onions, I could see yellow but could not tastecheese and no bacon was found. I did really liked the side order chocolate shake and Mac & cheese fried crispy bits. When thisis a typical fast food place, they take your name and deliver the food to your table. Several tables napkin dispensers wereempty but the place is clean and after we were done a guy asked how we liked it. I mentioned the onions & he asked if he took myorder?I just don?t want to upset him with the rest of the stuff?even though I was not wild about my having just spent $35, Iwasn?t looking for anything back? To close and in review, my burger had taste that was ok but unremarkable. They are makingconsiderable efforts to go an extra mile and be special. First time visiting this location, as I usually go to Millsboro. I ordered the Big Way combo with onion rings and iced... tea. Everything was great. Employees are very friendly and attentive. I hope the Big Way becomes a regular menu item. Itis 1000 x better than a Big Mac. ???? Read more
Great burgers, fries, and shakes, but pricey. (Definitely not a place we go often due to the cost, but well worth the occasional... splurge.) The crew overall is generally professional and does a good job, but one employee on our last visit was talking up astorm and not focusing well on his work. Overall, we like this restaurant and will be back, but a little extra training onrestaurant decorum could be helpful. This is definitely a keeper in the top 5 favorite restaurants on the road. The classic burger has everything on it and it was... all fresh. I came here with barely any expectations because of the few number of restaurants in the area. The prices are a bit high with a... custom built single paddy burger about $4, and the cheesesteak about $7.50 for what I wanna say is a 6". However it's very worthit from this first experience. The overall food is great quality, and I really mean that. The meat seems to be very lean andhas a really good texture, I'm not sure how they could get better meat and they cook it perfectly. The milkshakes areunbelievable and rich, they maybe the realist most flavorful milkshakes I've ever had. The service(from my ONE experience), isthat the employees seem to be very nice and morale seems to be really good here, which seems to make the atmosphere pretty calmcompared to some "fast food" places. Worst experience by far. Ordered two burger and two orders of tenders. Tenders are basically super breaded tiny nuggets. The... burgers are either missing what you ordered or they have the tiniest amount possible. Got two tiny onion rings on my burger andwhen I say tiny I mean it. No Mayo that I ordered and saw two mushrooms. Other burger has 1/4 of a leaf of lettuce and almost nosauce. Honestly embarrassing and wish I went somewhere else because this was a waste of money. The attitude was terrible aswell. She didn?t say anything other than ?the sauces are listed here? and pointed. Handed us two sauces without a word and wejust walked out.
