I've always loved going to honey dew any time I was in town; but I don't know what happened on this day. The staff was quick... with a smile and my order and super friendly, but no idea what happened to my coffee. It was burnt and not even made hiwi askedfor it. Took one sip and spit it out. Only getting 3 stars today. For the amount of employees that were there, the drive thru took way longer than it should have.... Staff seemed to get confused quite easily when it came to my order for whatever reason. There were no customers inside so I'mnot too sure why anyone going thru drive thru should have to wait more than 6 mins Read more
I go through the drive-thru about once a week with my daughter for some coffee and a bagel. Always nice people, always good... food. Orders are correct, and the line goes quickly. What more could a customer ask for? Read more

While Honey Dew is a chain it maintains a level of family owned which is hard to find these days. The donuts are made fresh... every day on location. I'll be honest the coffee isn't 5 stars every time but that just means that a human being is actuallybrewing it. I go out of my way every day for a coffee at honey dew. My go to morning coffee place! I prefer their coffees over Dunkin because they actually taste like coffee. Everything comes out... well and in a timely fashion. The occasional slip up may happen, as it's a fast food chain. The staff is very friendly thoughand will correct any issues you may encounter; so don't forget about this place next time you need a quick coffee or breakfast! Read more
