I got the Thai chicken soup and couldn?t find any chicken in it but the most egregious part is i ordered online and chose the... bowl size for my soup which is the medium option for $8. Now imagine how I felt when my chicken-less Thai chicken soup came outin a yogurt cup for a toddler. Seriously for the prices they charge this restaurant has no right to still be in business forwhat they actually give you. Read more
Love the food but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME, without fail, they mess up the order and/or forget to put items in the bag. I... usually order pick up and have learned to check the bag before I leave the parking lot because at this point it is expected thatthey will forget something. I noticed a sign that said they will give you a free bakery item for the inconvenience but I havenever received or even been offered such; but instead get the 3rd degree when I ask for whatever item they forgot to put in thebag. I feel that they should be putting way more effort into checking that the order is correct before sending it out...especially considering the amount you pay and the fact that I have seen and heard several other bad reviews mentioning the lackof quality and accuracy of the order. Really hope the management team will work on this, otherwise I don't see myself continuingto order from here. Read more
This Panera location is about above average compared to other locations in the area (Franklin, Millbury, etc.). They almost... always get out orders correct which is more than I can say for those other locations. If you like the newer menu options, thenyou will have no problems with this location. My real gripe with Panera is more with corporate changing the menus all the time. When Panera first expanded to Massachusetts the menu had a lot of great options. In the last couple years they have removed alot of the better options like the Thai salad or black bean soup and added other things like flatbread and crispy chickensandwiches. Just stick to what you do best, Panera. Read more
This is/was my favorite local go-to Panera, my job orders from here at least every other day. Yesterday my coworker ordered me a... Greek salad, which I always get. This time they gave me an old premade salad that I can tell was from yesterday, and was frozenin the middle. If you wanna know what lettuce looks like after it?s been frozen, it?s not okay. Other vegetables were not crisp,the whole salad was a soggy rotten mess. Lettuce was see through and icy. Read more
Excellent customer service and very clean facility. The seating is comfortable and the environment is very warm to enjoy... spending your time. One of the important things in any type of facility whether it's food service or otherwise is a cleanbathroom and I'm glad to say that the bathroom at this Panera bread location was in very suitable condition The water was hothad paper towels and the toilets were clean That's an important thing.
