11/10/22 I was extremely displease with how your manager Veronica handle our interaction. Prior to me getting my food I asked my... server to sub out the chicken bites for cauliflower bites due to an allergy they wanted to upcharge and extra $10.00 for that.Did not care about my allergy at all. My food was cold which happens that?s understandable. I was not going to say anythinghowever Veronica did over hear me saying the food was cold and asked how everything was. I told her my honest opinion and askedto have it remade and heated for $25.00 I do not think that is an absurd request. She then proceeded to take my food back ?toremake it? about 10 minutes later she came out and casually stated the food would be compt from the bill (which I didn?trequest) and walked away before I had a chance to reply. Veronica never asked me if I wanted something else off the menu. Theover all interaction was distasteful and I do not think I would be back as a customer. As a former employee I am really saddenwith how customer service and management has gone down him. All I am asking is that she get better training on how to handlecustomers who have allergies as well as not being so dismissive. I planned a fun night at Pinz for a friend's birthday Saturday night. When we got to the restaurant, we originally sat in the... back but was told that a band would be setting up and since we had two small children with us, we agreed to move. This was thelast nice event of the night. Our server came to our table twice (We were there for almost 2.5 hours), once for a drink order,and once to take our food order. First round of drinks took a while (We had asked for a pitcher of water, never came), and foodtook even longer. I understand that the bowling lanes also put in food orders, but when we arrived, we were the only table inthe bar area. Food was cold, some came out not complete. We finally received another round of drinks from the manager, who wasnot extremely friendly. We asked the manager after the first drink round if we could put the kids food order in to get them fed,but that never happened. Bill was around $245. Since there was a big group of us, we gave the waitress $200 in cash, and saidput the rest on a card. When she came back with the card, I did not put a tip on the card as I was going to tip cash (formerwaitress so I always like to tip in cash). When the waitress saw me put no tip on the card, she said "Oh man, you guys aren'teven going to tip me". Very unprofessional. Read more
I would NOT recommend pinz! Management is horrible and Don who is our Operations Director doesn't care about customers! I had an... issue with a manager wiping all the money and points on my card months ago when she tried to do a credit for a game that wasn'tworking. The experience was horrific. How does a manager not know what they are doing then wipe all of someone?s game money andtickets. I tried contacting someone higher up many times and Don never once reached out when customer service said numeroustimes he would. Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional and would NOT recommend!!! They don?t care about customers. Read more
Not impressed. Went in to bowl two strings of practice with a new ball. It was too dark above the lanes to even see the marks... on the lanes. Multiple lane issues ( ball didn't come back, pins didn't reset, etc). As another reviewer mentioned you have togo to the desk to get help. The 4th time I got help, the strings that hold the pins we're tangled apparently. The pins left thelane, but didn't reset. After 5 minutes of waiting I gave up and left without finishing the 2nd game. I wanted to like thisplace because it's conveniently located for me. Next time, I'll take the time to drive to a real bowling alley. Read more

The "Pinz" name will get you in, Jenna and Kim are the only 2 reasons to stay, they're the best bartenders I've come across in a... long time, they compliment each other perfectly.
