Dined at the new Sol De Mexico on a Thursday evening with 3 people. Arrived around 6:00 and the restaurant was about 50%... occupied. We were seated right away at the large round table located behind the front desk area. The table was somewhat isolatedfrom others and had a good view of a huge tv. Initially it was a good table until we had to sit forward and reach foreverything, but the seats were comfortable.\n\nOur waitperson was training a new server and my friends ordered fajitas, greenburrito, quesadillas and chicken tamale with mole sauce for dinner. I ordered a trio of my favorite items: Chile\nRelleno,Chicken Tamale, Cheese & Onion Enchilada, with a side of Rice and Beans. We started with margaritas and snacked on chips, salsa,and guacamole made table side. The food and drinks were good and consistent with the Bellingham restaurant which is where weusually eat.
