We love Mexican food and stopped by on our way to an event at Gillette stadium. The food was good. We enjoyed the cheese dip... and tacos. The margarita was giant! The lime mix for it wasn\'t my favorite thing ever but I still enjoyed the atmosphere andoverall experience. Read more

I love Mexican places with large menus like this one! Food and drinks were all tasty (and plenty of vegetarian options), but... there was something wrong with all of our orders (missing items, drink on the rocks instead of frozen, sour cream when requestednone). Upon walking in the space opens up nicely. We were greeted and sat immediately. Chips and salsa followed almost immediately to... the table. The guacamole was made fresh before our eyes and just how we like it! There are plenty of cocktail and drinkselections to choose from the ones presented we got mediums and of a good size. You could tell the food was fresh. The bathroomswere well taken care of and clean. I noticed employees washing their hands which is comforting to see. Dined at the new Sol De Mexico on a Thursday evening with 3 people. Arrived around 6:00 and the restaurant was about 50%... occupied. We were seated right away at the large round table located behind the front desk area. The table was somewhat isolatedfrom others and had a good view of a huge tv. Initially it was a good table until we had to sit forward and reach foreverything, but the seats were comfortable.\n\nOur waitperson was training a new server and my friends ordered fajitas, greenburrito, quesadillas and chicken tamale with mole sauce for dinner. I ordered a trio of my favorite items: Chile\nRelleno,Chicken Tamale, Cheese & Onion Enchilada, with a side of Rice and Beans. We started with margaritas and snacked on chips, salsa,and guacamole made table side. The food and drinks were good and consistent with the Bellingham restaurant which is where weusually eat.
