I am not usually one for reviews. Seeing as I am also in the service industry these are not always easy to see. But I feel it is... neccessary. Maybe some sort of training to deal with busy mornings would be beneficial seeing as the way me and my friend weretreated today. Straws were thrown, not just ours. Explanation was not given for a birthday coupon my friend was using & theexperience was tough to watch.. This woman was clearly having a tough morning. I pray that her day gets better, truly ???? I never really write reviews but I feel this experience was worth sharing. The line was long as it always is, but it went... quickly compared to lines in other locations I?ve waited in. Cam at the speaker while placing my order was so friendly andreally made such a short encounter memorable. Karen at the window was very sweet and even asked me which drink I didn?t want inmy drink tray (since I ordered 5 drinks) no one has ever asked me that before and it honestly was something so little but easilymade my experience that much more memorable. Came here yesterday for a pumpkin latte which was pretty darn good. The service was great the workers were really friendly and I... spoke with the cashier for a few minutes, really nice kid. Place looked clean and they were on top of things I didn't wait tolong for my beverage. One downfall was the pathway to their entrance was very icy and dangerous, this should definitely havebeen taken care of more thoroughly. Read more
This location just opened and the crew is doing a very good job. Sometimes my drink doesn't come like it's supposed to but I'm... sure it's because the staff is still learning to get them perfect. I ordered a sandwich & a drink on the app. When I got to the drive through I was told they were out of both of the things I... ordered..as you can imagine I was super disappointed. She felt really bad for the inconvenience. I asked for a refund & thecomputer was giving the poor barista a hard time. Instead, she gave me a gift card to make up for it!
