Coratti's On Main went from being one of my all time favorite restaurants to my ABSOLUTE LEAST FAVORITE. I have dined there... dozens of times and the last few times went from marginal to outright horrible. From the food, to the service. Worst walleye Ihave ever had some stupid greasy, sugar, breading, that masked the overcooked fish. Server had 3 inch nails( Claws) and couldn'topen a bottle of wine. Server never came back to ask how the meal was (probably already new the answer). When she finallyemerged from her break she asked how everything was and we told her that it was pretty bad, her response was sorry about that..and took my credit card and left... nothing else said. Our other meal wasn't any better other than 4 small scallops and a lot ofpasta to make it seem as if it was worth $32. Read more
Fabulous food! Great ambiance. The restaurant has 3 levels. There's a cozy bar on the main level where it would be fun to sit... with friends and have drinks. We chose a booth. We had pizza and pasta. One pizza was gluten free and the other was standard.They were both excellent! We've had a problem trying to find restaurants that know how to make a gluten free pizza rightbecause most of them cook it too well done in their attempt to get it browned and it gets tough. This one was perfect! Bothpizzas were the Pescatore, with a white sauce, seafood and lots of cheese. So fabulous that both my son and my sister said theyare definitely going back right away for another one! The pasta was fabulous as well. We had gluten free pasta with chicken,mushrooms and a creamy pesto sauce. This place rates at the top for great Italian food and great service. Truly impressed.Forgive the picture of half a pizza (it's the gluten free), we couldn't wait and dove in before I remembered to take one - itsmelled so good! Read more
I?ll start off by saying Coratti?s is the best Italian I?ve ever had. I was impressed with the attention to detail with... everything here. The part that impressed me the most when I first sat down was they give you bread WITH a plate of tomato sauceto dip your bread in, that?s such a nice touch and it really complemented the meal. The Eggplant parm was absolutely perfect,the eggplant was slightly crunchy and cooked to perfection. The sauce and noodles were perfect. The second dish was, ravioliwith palomina sauce and baked cheese. The ravioli was cooked perfectly and the sauce was absolutely divine. This is the firsttime In a LONG time where I felt a feeling of bliss after eating food. Coratti?s will now always have my recommendation, this isa gem of a restaurant. Read more
Really nice food, we sat outside so the atmosphere was nice. I ate calamari, as a family we ordered bruschetta, I think we all... had some version of a pasta for dinner. Everything was delicious including the house wine, and the local Patrons dining along uswere lively and friendly. Overall a great place, a tad bit expensive for pasta, but I guess location etc, has to be factored inat some point as well. Read more
Enjoyed a family dinner here. I enjoyed a custom pizza and most of our other meals were pasta or steak and it all looked and... tasted very good. While I remember this location as the Appeteaser, Coratti's is certainly a good replacement for this classiclocation. We dined upstairs and our server, Alivia, was very polite and attentive. A cozy and old-Italy atmosphere with great views, attentive staff and really tasty homemade Italian food. Their wine pours are... generous and the homemade Italian bread was warm and comforting. The kids pizza was huge and delicious. My only issues is thatalmost everything was lacking salt. The bread, the risotto, the sauce. I'm also not sure why the scallops were breaded- the richrisotto isn't need a heavy protein. I was also searching to taste the leeks. The red pepper coulis was very nice, though. Myhusband's chicken parm was good - nicely breaded and the chicken was moist. Both entrees said they came with pasta but neitherdid so I'm wondering if that was an oopsie or they've stopped doing it (was on the menu). Overall, it was comforting, cozy, andthe views were great. Service was excellent, food was very good. Considering that most other businesses are finding it hard to get staff right now... and therefore their customer service is not great, Coratti's is a welcomed exception! We'll definitely be back! Read more
We have been coming here for years. We brought family and sat at an outside table. Good people watching and great atmosphere. ... Jen was our server and is the best. The food is good, the atmosphere outstanding. I ordered the New York strip medium rare andit came out medium well. They made a new one for me which came out as expected. Read more
