Went to the door at 11 o?clock, it was locked when they should?ve been open. I pulled over twice and an employee came out and... asked if I?m picking up an online order, I said no I?m here on lunch and she said nope and pulled the door shut on me.Absolutely terrible customer service, never in my life have I actually had an employee slam a door on me before. I used to have good experiences here. I tried to order now and they called and told me that one of my sandwiches was out of... stock. No biggie. Then they force me to get ham or roast beef as an alternate. I ask for a different sandwich. They say no.Terrible customer service. Read more
Yesterday was my first time ever going to a Jersey Mike?s. The food was amazing, but just as equally amazing was the server.... Sadly though I realize I don?t know her name to give her the proper credit. She?s the groovy Gemini woman is all I can say sohope that?s enough to get her the credit if these do anything like that. But the service and the food was so great that today Iwent back and fortunate enough to get the same server. Look forward to going here again. Read more

Just went there and got the biggest sandwich they have which cost like $17 and I literally had one slice maybe two slices of... turkey on my sandwich. Absolutely pathetic and horribly made and also forgot my side that I requested. And when I went in therethe guy was standing there twiddling his thumbs. It's been around 6 years since I'd been to a Jersey Mike's, and this was our first time visiting this location. If you've been... to Subway (who hasn't really), they set a bar of quality (or lack of) with a sub shop. Jersey Mike's has set a standard for me,that is a cut above the rest of the sub shops out there. Most sub shops have pre cut/made ingredients, where as Jersey Mike's,is all fresh, and the meat & cheese are cut AS they make your sub! It really doesn't get much fresher than that (and it reallyshows). I'm NOT a bread guy, but the bread was very flavorful, and I'm now addicted to subs from this place!
