Really good food and customer service Cons: website has no delivery , took the steak and cheese sandwich off the menu
Received two ham and chees subs. Both were watery and all bread. I called and complained. Got hung up on twice. I want a refund.
Owner is blatantly infringing on his worker's rights from siding with a customer using physical intimidation tactics to gross... health code violations like waiting for the water heater to catch fire before buying a new one. This place should be closed down. I found a plastic gloves cooked into the cheese of my pizza. Called the store to speak with... the manager, and was told that they couldn?t believe they were to blame but that I might have put the glove in the pizza. Sothey wouldn?t remake or refund it. The manager was incredibly rude. I will never go back to this location maybe never any jetslocation at all after that. Read more
I called about a delivery and after I paid over the phone and tipped the delivery driver, the girl on the phone said ?okay see... you in about 45 minutes to an hour.? I asked her to clarify what she meant because I ordered delivery and I just wanted to makesure she didn?t mean I?ll be coming there. She gave me a nasty response saying, ?well you ordered delivery so I?m assumingyou?re the one we?ll be seeing.? I replied, ?I?m sorry I was just asking for some clarification because you said, ?see you inabout an hour.? She said to me, ?I?m assuming you?re the one who will be receiving the pizza so THEY?LL see you in anhour.? The correct response probably would have been, ?no problem they well be delivering to you.? She was so pleasant and thenwhen I asked a simple question, she got so nasty on the phone. This girl needs to understand how to talk to people on the phoneand be more kind. It?s not what you say, it?s how you say it. If she keeps taking to people that way, someone is going to snapback at her and she?ll definitely have a wake up call. So incredibly rude!! Read more
Well I stopped by tonight for a small cheese pizza at 8:45 pm because it said the place closed at 9 pm. Walking into the place I... was greeted by a nice woman but unfortunately whoever was managing decided to lie and say they closed at 8 pm (with their opensign ON and said he meant to turn that off, which they only did once I left; the woman who greeted me did not seem to think theywere closed) and that they were understaffed. I saw 5-6 people at least in the back. I guess it takes more than 7 people to makea pizza. Read more
While jets generally is more pricey it?s worth it because of the fact that they make everything from the dough, to shredding the... cheese, to the dressings, etc. I really am only writing this review to give a shout out to my delivery driver. He was an oldergentleman didn?t catch his name but he was so friendly and upbeat, you don?t see that often anymore! Keeping being awesome sir! Read more
