Our first time here under the new owners with the game room. We had lunch in the game room. The pizza and bread sticks were... great. Fries nicely seasoned and good sandwiches. It was 26 degrees outside so the game area was a little drafty. Lots of fungames. Price varies, however very generous with the tickets for prizes. All of the kids were having fun and leaving with lots ofloot. It was a little crowded between games but that didn't stop the fun. Definitely check it out if your in the area. Great forfamilies. Love the new layout and food options. My vegetarian girlfriend was beyond excited with all her options. They have vegan chicken,... sausage and even the impossible burger so lots of options for her. My dish was full of flavor and I ate every piece! We willdefinitely be going back often. Drinks we all well made, the Tom Collins my girlfriend got was perfect! The booths have built inphone chargers! Also the bathroom vanity mirror has its own light that changes color and brightness when you push it. Read more

Absolutely disgusting food and service. I was served an uncooked pizza, that made me and my wife sick and I was offered 2... entrees as a courtesy at a future date. They would not honor this because they claim the old manager left that offered it to me.Manager Tanya told me to stop rambling and crying about it. She seemed to lack the fundamental understanding that dishonesty isbad and claimed I was rude for asking what I was offered. Totally Classless behavior, unintelligent staff, and clearly in overtheir head based on the reviews and 1st hand experience, but will blame you the customer. This place is a joke, defined. Food was okay. Pretty poor service.....really slow (especially considering it was not busy at all), never got our salads,... waitress seemed pretty uninterested in doing her job. The arcade attached to the restaurant is a nice amenity for families. Read more

Seven of us went there for dinner. There was only one table of people and a couple of guys at the bar for customers. We waited... over an hour and a half for our food. Others came in and got their food so I asked if we would be getting our food in the next10 minutes. The waitress looked at me and said "you will not be getting your food in 10 minutes." I asked her to cancel theorder and she said "Sure! No problem" like it was a good thing. We wont be going back. Read more

We waited for over an hour and at least four other tables got food before us. Our waitress said it was because of a carry out... order why our food was delayed but the other people got to their tables way after us and still got their food and we didn?t. Itreally was an awful experience. No one apologized to us. Definitely not coming back And we didn?t even get our food. I had to take the time and right a review for the Milford House! I stumbled in with my partner after seeing them being open at... Milford Memories. Tried the breadsticks and the fried lasagna that day and omg we knew we had to come back! Came back the othernight and I had the Jambalaya Tortellini and literally was the BEST VERSION of Jambalaya I ever had!!! My partner had the MapleBourbon Salmon and he said it was hands down his favorite salmon dish! The drinks were great love the mules the bartender madefor us! Plus one of the cooks I think the baker took us around the building and explained all the new concepts that will becoming! The executive chef came to our table to make sure everything was great plus gave us free samples of some amazing cheesecake and chicken wings! I will be fully supporting the Milford House and urge everyone to give it a try! Read more
