This is not a juice bar or health store. Milford Nutrition is a store front for the MLM Herbalife. Which is completely fine if... that is what you want or are looking for. However it is not clearly identified as such. Read more
This is not a traditional shake/smoothie place, it's an Herbalife store. Meaning all products are made with Herbalife. If that's... your thing, it's fine, but they're not regulated by the FDA and it's advised that if you have liver or kidney problems you checkwith your Dr before consuming. Read more

I'm so glad a co-worker stumbled upon this great shop! Yummy! The shakes are under 300 calories, contain 24 grams of protein... and vitamins and minerals... plus you can add caffeine, fat burners, extra protein etc. and their teas have 15 grams ofprotein, as well. They offer soooo many different incredible flavors in both their shakes and teas. The owner of the shop wasgreat and you could tell he really loves what he does. They're going to start having some events there, too... see pic. We'llbe out of town for the first one coming up, but plan on making the next one. They aren't cheap, but so worth it and the sizesare huge. Highly recommend! Read more
So glad this place opened in Milford! Great little space to chill, smoothies are healthy (<300 cal, 24+g protein), no added ice... and delicious. Can highly recommend Chocolate Covered Banana. Read more
