They have a Friendly Staff and Clean store. Their issue is they are VERY often out of stock of basic menu items. For example,... the most recent outage... they out of Eggs for over a week. They are also almost always out of Chili and other menu items by midday. not sure the problem, but a huge waste of time being stuck in a Drive through for 5 minutes you can't escape from only tofind out they are always out of the basics and this is a trend I have seen for years there. I would avoid them. Readingthrough previous recent reviews, notice the same complaints- out of stock. Good food and service but the place looks like a dump, you can barely see the screen because of the 5 foot high weeds growing in... the way. The place looks abandoned and I didn?t even know if it was still operating until I checked google maps. Seriouslandscaping needs to happen as it looks ghetto right now. Read more
I asked for hash browns they even asked me back if I wanted them they charged me for them yet no hash browns and no time to go... back for them. Guess they like low ratings nothing worse when your looking forward to something only to find out it's not in thebag. SMH shouldn't be that hard to read the screen and put it in the bag. Read more
Great location. The community of Milford wonders why such good real estate is wasted on a business that chooses not to be open... on weekends or past 1pm? Sell it to someone who wants a real business there. Read more
I have been going to this store since it opened. The quality of the products now compared to what it used to be is off the... charts. I waited in the long, slow drive thru only line ( no inside store sales) to buy 2 chocolate covered donuts. When I gothome I had one donut stuck to the bottom of the bag, and the other was stuck to the napkin they shoved in there. The donuts werenot fresh, even though it was only 10:30 A.M. If it weren't for the long slow lines in the drive thru, I would have gone backfor an exchange or refund. I'm done going to this location. I'm going to take advantage of the Dunkin Donut coupons that justcame in the mail and give them a try. Anything has got to be better than the products I've been getting at the Milford TimHorton Location lately. The Wendy's that share the building has already closed.....Won't be long before Tim's is closed if theydon't start getting things right! Read more
I am not one to complain a lot. Today is a different story. Both food and coffee was a disappointment. Staff was friendly, but... the quality of the food is not up to Tim Hortons standards. Looking at the reviews posted recently, I am not the only one whohas an issue with this location. If you work at this location and are reading my comment, please share my review with yourmanagement. This problem need to be fixed quickly. This location is bringing down the Tim Hortons brand. Read more
The guy at the window said they dont have any food ready (11:22) and they said lunch starts at 11 then the window lady had an... attitude when asking what tine can we get lunch and continued to say we dont know and shut the window.
