The cheese pizza and the stuffed cheesy bread were pretty much just bread, no flavor. The garlic parmesan wings didn't have a... hint of garlic at all and were nothing but fat, drowned in a sauce that tasted like ranch. The person at checkout was rude andthe place was dirty. No thanks. Read more
I ordered a pizza from Domino?s at 7:07 PM this evening. The driver left with my order at 7:51 PM, it is currently 8:31 PM. I... called the Dominos to see what was going on, and I got a very flip and unprofessional response that they don?t know where thedriver is, the driver started this evening, and to send a new pizza. It will be an hour and a half. Normally, I wouldn?t make areview based off of a single experience, but this pie that they?re delivering is in response to the last delivery, which took 40minutes before they even started baking the pie, and this was a free pie as recompense. I can understand that they are havingchallenges with staffing, or whatever reason they?re going to give, however, the uncaring and flip response of the person that Icalled to inquire about the pizza is completely unacceptable. Ordered by phone. This is the second time we have ordered from this location and the second time they have messed up the order.... First time they got one of the pizzas totally wrong which if we hadn't noticed could have ended up with an allergic reaction.This time ordered extra cheese , didn't get it. Ordered garlic dipping sauces, didn't get them. At least this time no one wouldhave ended up violently ill , just disappointed. Read more
Do not order from this Dominos. They will take 1-2 hours just to process your order, won?t contact you when they?re late, and... the staff is rude on the phone. I realize there are shortages now but the way to mitigate that is to communicate clearly andprofessionally, not just hope your customers won?t notice you aren?t processing their orders ? and certainly not by being jerkson the phone. Put in an order on the app and waited an hour without any updates on the order tracking. Finally called and was told it was... going to be another 2 hours before my food would be delivered. When I asked why there was nothing on the app any why I wasn?tnotified of this they basically said they only tell people that once they call and ask how long it will be. Now I still have towait another half hour for my food to be made before I can pick it up. Read more
Got 2 pizzas, cheesy bread, and chicken tenders for under 30$. Good value for great food. When I went to pick up my food two... young girls were having an argument in the front of the house. Bickering over how to ?properly cut a pizza?. I can?t believe themanagement allows this type of behavior so I?m taking points off. I don?t like it when I see someone bullying anotherperson. Save yourself the headache - Go to Sal?s on Elm St instead My pizza took 1.5 hours to be delivered today. My email confirmation... at 11:27 said it would take 20-35 minutes. I ordered it online 35 minutes before my lunch break specifically because I knew itwould be busy and probably take 45 minutes, so I wanted to be sure it arrived somewhere within my 12p-12:30p lunch break. I got3 updates on the pizza tracker: Mark began prepping your order at 11:27 Mark began prepping your order at 11:50 Mark beganprepping your order at 12:25 Finally at 12:30 my pizza was in the oven. Mark began quality checking my order at 12:37. Markleft the store at 12:46. My pizza was delivered at 12:58. Is Mark the only person working here? Mark, if it?s just you, I feelfor you, I really do. The quality of the pizza was fine - no complaints against Mark, but clearly this store isunderstaffed. But I?ll be sticking with Sal?s pizza on Elm St from now on. Even during their busiest hours, it?s never takenmore than 40 minutes for a pizza. Domino?s needs to hire more people if they?re going to meet customer expectations. Read more
Absolutely amazing, 10/10. The citizens of these United Stated do not deserve you Domino?s. Could have better way customer... service tho????. Dropped off at the wrong door step tbh. As well as when we called one of your Nh establishments to express ourgratitude to your team we were accepted with only an ok. Beautiful food tho.
