Customer service was awful. I was ordering food with my boyfriend and the person taking our order told me that I was ordering to... fast for their ?comfort? level. When we got up to the window they just put their hand out for payment and that?s it. They didn?task questions about signature drinks and gave us our food with the bag ripped open. Good food and service. And for me, the all-important numerous large TVs to watch the game while I eat.
Theese people are understaffed i under srand but they had like 2 workers just walking around not doing anything.And super slow
A solid Dunkin Donut location with plenty of parking and good access. Staff is friendly and helpful, the inside is clean and... well-maintained. About the only drawback I can cite is the fact that it tends to be a fairly busy location during peak hours. Read more
I think Dunks has gone down a bit. Ice coffee means there it ICE in it. Too many times I go through the drive thru and get a few... cubes and its 90? out. I know common sense is lack these days but damn. Read more
Probably the slowest DD in all of the US. Possibly the entire world actually. I thought Bangor, ME held the record but Milford... definitely OWNS it. If you?ve got some time to kill then definitely check this place out. Two stars for not messing up my orderthough. Read more
Miserable server was super rude and standoffish I assume it was due to my uniform. I work security and the guy seemed angry that... I was a cop. I go into here at times when I go get my brother and never was treated so bad as the one time I had my uniform on.The guy was slamming things didn't want to talk to me or take our order. Was eye rolling and sighing. We ordered two coffeesthat's it. I've never been treated so poorly getting coffee. I'm not even a cop I'm security. Read more
Pulled up to this location at 3.50pm on 11/2022, after a long drive from Alstead. Found the lobby to be closed. Pulled into the... drive-thru and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, medium mocha latte and large mocha macchiato. The girl did notunderstand. She sounded frustrated and very impolite. She wanted me to start the order from scratch. So I did. When the lastorder for mocha macchiato was placed, she said she has never heard of it. Once again she started to sound unprofessional andrude. So I just told her to cancel the entire order. Pulled into the window to see all 3 employees having a laugh. When thegirls approached the window to talk to me controlling her giggles, I just asked her if she was the one taking my order. Sherefused to answer claiming that she could not hear me. When I insisted she answer my question, she just put her hands up andwalked away from the window. I have never seen such callousness ever. All these employees do not deserve to work there. Themanagement should find better employees and train them to DD standards. Will be writing to DD CS about this location as well... Read more
