Super busy time of day with a long line at the drive up. There were at least 10 cars in front of me but the line was moving... right along. I am not a big fan of the queuing system because it can be easy for one or two customers to get served first evenif they arrived later. Guys! I?m first try mcdonalds in USA. It?s hard believe that my favorite MCD on motherland worse than in Ukraine! A lot fat in... potato free, Long to wait, dirty all even napkins, no paper bag for quarter pounder (mayonnaise, vegetables falling out) afterall hands are in fat and mayonnaise! Less apples in Happy meal. No trash separation!!! 21 century ??????????? Cool that saucesare for free, sandwiches are okay, unlimited drinks, milk in happy meal! Guys! Fantastic location only one around; been here 8 times in the last 3 months and only got the order right ONCE. Often I've been... the only one there and I always reiterate my order at the first window before I pay. Food is as it should be, wait time asexpected, but your odds are better at playing Russian roulette than them getting your order right. If I could take away stars I would. This location was absolutely filthy. I had to clean a table myself, there was trash... everywhere as well. The food had a dark brown tinge to it like the oil needed to be changed. Will never go back to thislocation. Read more
I am not from the area but on my way back from camping my daughter was hungry. She only likes plain cheeseburgers? Bree took our... order and without even asking double checked that there was a plain cheeseburger in the happy meal. No other McDonald?s has EVERdone that! From the smile to the delivery of my food! The food is meh, but Bree is super friendly and accommodating. I only go to this location for her service with a smile. I... appreciate that she checks to make sure I'm being charged for the right food because the double drive thru was the dumbestinvention ever. People cut you off to get their order first. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Went in and ordered, while waiting we witnessed several employees walking around doing nothing while 3... workers did everything (and whoever JJ is, they were apparently doing everything) Went up to the counter after waiting 35minutes to be told our order hadnt even been started yet. We watched dozens of cars go through the drive through in those 35minutes and the person who ordered after us receive their food within 10 minutes while in total we waited 40. When we finallygot our food, the burger bun was covered in grease, the chicken sandwich was so soggy from the condensation, fries were lukewarm at best and the nuggets were rubber. Just got pulled forward, sat for half an hour and then brought other peoples orders FIVE times. All the while the employee was... being rude about it as if its my fault for not wanting the wrong food. They were pulling everyone into spots and couldnt keeptrack of anyones orders.
