Everything except for the guac was old. Food not prepared fresh and you can taste it. I don't know how they got that many good... reviews. Are people drunk on margaritas that they can't taste their food? Is there no other place to eat at in that town. Or didthey just have a change of chef? I have no idea but I spoke to the supposed regular chef and she tried to tell me it was good.The only food that had good flavor was a steak taco and the guacamole. I've lived in mexico and the seasoning in this place isnot worthy of being called a mexican restaurant. Taco bell and old el paso off the shelf food tastes way better. Read more
I?ve passed by this eatery countless times. I just so happened to be in the area, the antique shop up the street was closed, it... was past lunchtime and I was hungry. I figured I?d give Taco Time a try. Some places are really good and some disappoint. Thisis a good one! There was a Carnitas Tamale Plate posted as a special. ?Hey, that sounds good!? Sure enough, the tamale wasreally tasty. The pork was super tender and the masa was light and fluffy. So many times refried beans have no flavor and these,like the tamale were great and seasoned just right. Everything was fresh and yummy. As you can see, the only thing left was thecorn husk, and I thought about eating that too. ???? If there was anything I would suggest an improvement on, it would be thatthe food temperature could have been a bit warmer. None the less, this was a great meal. A good indication of a great Mexican restaurant is their salsa and chips. Their salsa had no spice, no flavor and the chips were... thick and bland. My husband and I had the chicken enchiladas. No flavor, no cheese, no spice, and cubed tasteless chicken. Theworst enchiladas we've eaten. The $65 cost made even more painful. Read more
Travellers, this Mexican restaurant is a hidden gem in Wilton, NH. From the outside it looks like a coffee shop/bakery but from... the inside it is a splash of color and an atmosphere of festivity. The menu was diverse and had a good selection to choose from.The margaritas are delicious and well done. All the food is made from scratch and is very good. The chicken enchilada plate isyummy, and the sides are fantastic. All the food was delicious. It is worth the stop. TL;DR - great drinks, great food. Read more
Great food, decent timing (considering there was only one server during lunch hour), strong drinks, and very friendly service.... They even brought our toddlers fruit to snack on until our food came in. We were blown away! 10/10 will be going back. Read more
"Fresh Mex", not typical Mexican food, not typical miles and miles from Mexico food, well flavored and not dripping fat; very... tasty! We ordered beer from one of the six taps and then noticed that the mixed drinks are assembled with care and very popular.The staff was great, the seating is a bit tight. Well worth a visit! Read more
