Worst.Burger.King.Ever.... Avoid this location! It's always been improperly staffed, even "pre-pandemic". The drive-thru... attendant was sitting outside with their headset on telling customers she would be with them in a moment, but never went backinside. I waited in line for over 25 minutes with absolutley no movement. I decided to give up and go elsewhere. Read more
I went for breakfast and I was the only one in the drive thru, and I had a small wait, so I assumed they were making mine fresh.... Once I drove away and opened up my meal, I was so disappointed. I went with my son tonight to order at my local Burger King. Since we were ordering for the entire family, I even downloaded the... app so I had my new coupons ready. Worst fast food experience of my life. And I've worked in the food industry for over 15 yrs.I was at this drive thru for over 30 min. This experience ended with no food, me asking the manager (who was rude, incompetent,and completely clueless about restaurant etiquette) for his name so I could report him. He refused to give his name and statedthat he didn't have to because they weren't corporate. He flipped me off as we drove away. What a baffling, embarrassing way forstaff to behave. Here at Burger King on old state route 28 around 3pm today the Drive-thru was completely packed full of vehicles. I noticed that... they were allowing customers to dine in as well. Once inside I saw a very large and impressive Covid-19 divider that went fromone end of the counter to the other! I was also able to detour the long drive-thru line and almost immediately place my order atthe counter and before I knew it I was exiting with my meal. Read more
