Is there something wrong with this particular store? They're skimpy with the ingredients if you're not standing right in front... of them. We online ordered two chicken burrito bowls and they were bland. The chicken was practically non-existent and the cornsalsa had no spice at all. My daughter said, "After that, I'd be fine not have Chipotle anymore." My husband brought home anorder from the Kenwood store later that day and gave me a bite. It tasted delicious. Read more

This location is always the best choice! Always helping each other to help the customers. Even with new crew members on the... line, the cashier made a point to stop for helpful tips and that was nice to see. Food of course is always great! Read more
Ordered online. Picked it up and both bowl and salad were half of the size they should have been. $10 for each. 5 pieces of... chicken in my salad. The chips were also stale. Very disappointed and still hungry. I live halfway between this chipotle andanother one so this will be a last visit here for me. Read more
Honestly, don?t waste your time ordering online here ( at this specific location ). We ordered 2 bowls with double chicken and... when we got home and opened it up we were severely disappointed. They definitely didn?t give us double chicken and the amount ofcheese was laughable. We ordered queso and I honestly don?t think they gave us any. The guac wasn?t mashed and on top of thatthe entire thing was cold. I?ve been disappointed every time at this Chipotle. They constantly forget things or just flat outdon?t follow instructions. If you have to order from this one, go inside and place and order to make sure you get what you payfor. For the amount that we paid versus what we got, it was unacceptable. Read more
I placed an order for a chicken bowl with specific ingredients such as extra cheese light brown rice and light lettuce. I... received 3 pieces of lettuce no extra cheese with white rice instead of brown. This was upsetting. I ordered it through doordashgot an approximate time that it would be delivered. They cut back on the amount of stuff you get to less then a serving you have to ask for more and they huff about it. The place... itself needs to be cleaned up and there was food strolled all over the serving area. Employees are like robots. The one inColerain is much better. Read more
