Ordered from drive thru around 2:30 pm. on Tuesday at location on 28 in Milford. Received the incorrect burger and the fries... were absolutely cooked yesterday. They were horrible. I normally check my order but didn?t this time. Will not return Read more
All but 3 tables are dirty and the place is almost empty. The Fries are perfect thin crisp and tasty. The speed of service was... great. The burger is cooked perfect as far as smash burgers go. I JUST WISH I could taste it... I like mustard but the burgerwas slathered in it... they should try a portion bottle cause this seems like a spatula slathered it on. The Hotdog is agood. The bun is butter toasted nicely as its a split coney roll. I had it with just mustard. For $4.50 it's time they upgradedthe hotdogs to a Jumbo Vienna as its a bit anemic. I was hoping they had the Chicago Dog but alas was not on menu board. Overallcleanliness is a issue here and the food is ok as it may be hit or miss. Today could have been a hit, but zomg so muchmustard. I recommend asking for light mustard. I'm just finishing up this review and a 2 car group of 11 people came in. Theyhad to wipe off their own table with the one ladies sanitizer wipes. It's 3:25 on a Saturday and two girls are on the patio onbreak. If management see was proactive they would not be allowed to break till the lobby was clean. Note I ordered at 3 pm Andonly 1 person and his two kids came in. Before this group at 3:25 So the two girls have been on break before 3pm and are nowcoming back at 3:30. It's 3:35 the family group is gradually getting their food. Funny thing is no one is being sent to cleanlobby. 3:40 the family has their items and still no one sent to clean the lobby.. So we can say for sure that this lobby has notbeen cleaned for over an hour. As it has so many dirty tables. Ps the guy and his two kids picked the least dirty booth andwiped off his own table with a napkin. Read more
Worst drive thru experience that I?ve ever experienced. I waited forever to get my food and then eel hen it was handed to me, it... was freezing cold. For my cheese fries thete was more cheese than fries. I sent the order back and there was a bunch ofemployees just standing around in the kitchen so I just asked for my money back. The manager comes, doesn?t apologize, doesn?task what the issue is doesn?t try to fix anything just refunds my money which i was happy about that but that experience made mego right to skyline and order, had my food within three minutes with awesome customer service! Seemed understaffed. There was a line in the drive thru and a rush inside right after we got there. There were no napkins or... lids out and our concretes were wrong and mostly melted by the time they were given to us. Food was still good. Maybe try to gowhen it's dead. Read more
We have enjoyed the #1 Freddy's Original Double (w/extra pickles) several times now and its really good. We also tried the #5... Original Double Patty Melt, wow very good with the grilled onions & swiss cheese. First time trying the original cheeseburger,we will try again. Read more
The food is always good. The service is much better than Steak N Shake around here. The mens restroom is always clean, and smell... decent. One of the best steak burger in Milford OH. And the fries.. OMG, they're so delish. I rather eat here than Burger King,or Arbys. And Hawaiian Delight Sundae is my fave (see picture). Read more
Good food most of the time but good grief! They are definitely not known for their speed. It doesn't matter if there's a line of... cars or 2 cars, they are so slow. I wouldn't recommend going on a lunch break. Read more
