ordered 130.00 worth of food on in online order. Waited 45 minutes, order was not done. Finally went to the counter and they... said the manager would be with me. Waited another 5 minutes for them to tell me, they didn't have enough chicken for the orderand because it was placed online they could not refund my money. Not to mention the customer service was subpar. I will nevergo to another KFC again. Since I cant give zero starts, they will get one. Read more
Too expensive, chicken doesn't cost this much. Company has been sold too many times and prices go up with each sale. Inside... closed. Ordered original recipe, got crunchy and biscuits were cold and hard. The Colonel must be very disappointed is thisstore. Read more

This is what I will call ?First and Last!? After seeing the KFC commercial last light, the spicy chicken sandwich looked great!!... But unfortunately how can you have the Best Chicken Sandwich which is Popeyes and try a substandard chicken sandwich and besatisfied!! You can?t! B The chicken sandwich was dry. Very little sauce was on the sandwich. I asked at the window for someextra sauce for the sandwich and she said no. The fries were hard and grease soaked. Terrible at best. I'm a fan of ordering on the app for pickup since the pandemic. Ordering was easy and the chicken bowls (I don't remember what... they're actually called) were ready in about 5 minutes. The food was great and the $5 price they have right now is well worthit. Read more
