I made an order for 2 calzones with an extra cup of dipping sauce each, that I paid for and I didn't get. They gave me a credit.... I used the credit and got lasagna and a salad. The cost was more than the credit. They messed up the salad and didn't give memy extra dressing, which I paid for. I called the call center and they would not fix the issue. Read more

Lots of tables with stacks of plates, tables not being cleaned off. Brought my pizza out with wrong toppings. My wifes small... pizza did not come out with mine she had to wait for long time. This location is needs to help!!! Won't be back. Read more

Our family visited LaRosa tonight for the spaghetti a plenty. It was over the top! We had a wonderful server name Todd. He was... so good and professional. With there being a shortage of servers he had several tables extra. He was very attentive andresponded to all our needs. He gets an A+ from each of us. Read more
Place is short staffed and some items are out, but they tell you ahead of time and are very straightforward. They seat slow... rather than providing worse service. We waited 25 minutes for lunch on a week day, but had amazing staff. The hostess was greatand the server was patient. First place I've gone in 6 months and the waitress wasn't extremely stressed. Good job, LaRosas, fortaking care of your employees and hiring good ones! Food was also fresh and great. Just sad to see the free style machine go.That is one huge perk of LaRosas, but everything else was great. Highly recommend. Read more
Pizzas had over an inch of bare crust around edges and very thin sauce, hardly any toppings ( I paid for 3) first time in 50... years, I have been this upset at a larosas. Asked waitress if they had changed amounts of sauce. Was told she didn't know shedidn't make them. Read more
Our experience today was not expected. Our server was quite rude, they wouldn?t let my little brother(12) order off the kids... menu. The reason, he was too old. Then they took way too long to give us our check. She was so lost. I blame that on hertraining, they need better assistance. Read more
