Reviews for Long John Silver's in Milford, OH
So, I have never given a 1 star review, but I have visited this place at least 6 times in the past 8 months and they have been... closed due to staffing issues every single time. I am personally thinking that someone is not trying hard enough to open becauseArby's, McDonald's, Taco Bell and every other restaurant on the same street is open for business. It's sad, because I do lovetheir batter dip fish and chicken. I like that they use the same batter for the chicken as they do the fish, but it doesntmatter if they are going to be permanently closed. After ordering and getting my food I pulled over and realized I didnt get everything I order. So I went back through and told... them for 1 I never got a receipt and didnt get what I ordered, I was then informed that their drive thru speaker dont workproperly. I believe that issue needs to be fixed and until it is the person taking the order should repeat the order when u cometo the window. Thanks for reaching out and checking. Read more
One of the best long John Silver's I've ever ate @ in my life the shrimp fish & hushpupies waz slamming!!!!!!!! It's was fresh &... hot wow it was amazing!!!!!! Also the greece wasn't old & that it's self gets a ( 5 ) Star!!!!! Friendly staff & they were quick..... I highly recommendthis location to anyone that likes these foods....!!!! Fair, when ordering extra large fries the attendant could not give me a price until I was up to the drive up window. The cost... was $4.99. If I had known that, I would not had got them. Sorry, but that's a bit expensive. You can buy 10lb bag ofpotatoes for that much. On top of that, they were cold. The fish was Luke warm. Sorry, but won't be going back for awhile. Read more
I ordered almost 40.00 of food. I simply asked for vinegar and tartar sauce. I live 30 minutes away, and when I got home. I got... 1 packet of catsup. That was after I gave the guy in the drive through a 6 dollar tip. Simply horrendous Read more
Ordered the #5 2 fish meal. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. I asked for condiments and he didn't skimp on them which was... refreshing and the gentlemen at the drive thru window was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this Long JohnSilvers. Read more
I enjoyed the Fish Tacos and Crab Cakes. The people are friendly and the service was quick.
I didn't care for the green beans but everything was hot and fresh even though it was 7:50pm. Sorry about that.
