Tried calling a order in at 10:00 pm on a Monday and website says from Mon-Thursday 11-11 and the store was closed. Update the... website so that people know when you are open and closed. That?s the 1st step to let your customers know when you are inbusiness or not. Hopefully it is not closed permanently like the website said. Read more
Food is good. BUT we have not had an order correct in a long time. They have even re-made the pizza wrong! Now, they have always... been willing to remake every mistake, so that is great. I give a 3 star because the order is wrong every time, every time! Read more
Terrible. The family salad wasn't sent, and the meatball bake so so rubbery it was like dog food in marinara microwaved and... refrigerated and microwaved and refrigerated and microwaved and refrigerated and microwaved. I just wanted a salad, and theycouldn't bother to cancel it and refund me, they just didn't care. AVOID. Read more
Great experience tonight. The employee on the phone was nice, the pizza was hot & so good, and the employees inside were nice... too!! I?ve lived in Milford 7 years & never had Marco?s pizza here. It was great!! We?ll definitely be returning. Thanks guys! Read more
Get it together Marcos!!! ???? I would normal give the Milford Marcos a 5 star review. We order from here weekly... However our... last 3 orders have been messed up. My husband order 2 pizzas, a cheese bread, wings, and a steak hoagie. The other food was average, but not precut well at all. I... had to use my pizza cutter to cut it all. However, my hoagie was a mushroom sauce hoagie with NO pickles and NO onions.....which IS on the receipt...... but it came with EXTRA onion and EXTRA pickles!! It was absolutely LOADED with onions!!! I hatestrong onions!! BUT I tried to pick as much as I could off of it. I tried really hard to just eat it but I couldn't, my entirekitchen smelled like onions. I couldn't eat it!!! So I put it in the fridge (ordered it last night) and attempted to pick MOREoff of it today and try to eat it again. .... when I unwrapped it ALL I could smell was onions! But I STILL tried to eat it....I only forced myself through half amd couldn't finish because all I could taste was pickle juice and onions.... there was NOother taste to it!! This was the first hoagie I've gotten from Marcos, we live 40 mins away and it wasn't opened until myhusband brought it all home so there was no returning it that late at night..... Thanks for the ruined experience and the misseddinner, Marcos! P.S. I almost NEVER complain about my food.... but this was just ridiculous and frustrating.... I TRIED, Ireally did!!! Read more
