The Manager Justice, I see most frequently during the weekdays, always is hustling never loses her smile. The crew in the... kitchen are always busy, making sure orders are bagged and ready to hand out. The food is always hot fresh. My favorite stop onmy way to work. Keep up the great job! Read more

It's ok if you are really hungry and in a hurry or just want kids meals for the kids but other than that I try not to go there.... They are not what they used to be and going down hill. Read more

This is the slowest service I have ever received. I ordered a large coffee with cream & sugar through the kiosk because they had... no one on register. Waited 20 minutes before anyone walked to the front and saw 10 people who had been waiting long before Iordered, 5 of them also ordered coffees. They decided then to finally make a pot of coffee. Waited another 25 minutes beforesomeone handed out one small black coffee. A regular asked for a manager to help the rest of us waiting. A female employee withpink hair and a bad attitude asked me twice what I had in my coffee and carelessly tossed it on the counter. Finally having mycoffee, I opened the lid to make sure the cream and sugar was actually put in and found that the coffee was only 3/4 of the wayfull, not filled to the line in the cup. 45 minutes of my time wasted and they didn't even get the order right. They were very busy and obviously short staffed and the staff were not handling it well. They were refusing to take orders at... the registers, so everyone, weather they liked it or not, had to order at their Kiosks... which makes it more complicated forplenty of people who have specific orders and are paying in cash (the Kiosk only takes cards). If you are someone, like me, whowas using it for the first time.... then when finished with the order, yet another complication is added when it asks you foryour table top number ( I had no idea what that meant or what I was supposed to do) and you then have to proceed to the counterand wait on someone behind the counter to find time to help, then go BACK to the Kiosk, enter the #, get your receipt, then goBACK to the register (if you're paying in cash) to pay for your order.... So they end up having to run the register any dangway! That was A LOT to explain, but that is my point.... it was way too overly complicated and not handled well at all. Icouldn't count how many people I saw get exasperated and just leave. I also went to get salt after getting my food... and thestation was a mess and out of half of everything, including salt. So, I had to go BACK to the counter to ask for it, meaning, Ihad to wait even LONGER just to get someone's attention because everyone was so busy that no one wanted to take a second toacknowledge I was there and ask what I needed. On the plus side though, our order was all correct, and the food was hot. I dounderstand though, that getting that busy is always overwhelming and chaotic, which is why I still gave 4 stars..... Buthopefully reviews can be taken into consideration and learned from because mistakes are how we all have the chance to learn anddo better! Read more

The place was clean, play area has been redone and the kids enjoyed it. Gave it a two because of the food french fries were... cold, all 5 orders , double quarter pounder s with cheese were also cold. Had togo back and ask for chic milk with Happy Meal's.They were not busy no reason for cold food and wrong special order. The cashier was friendly. Read more

I give negative 0 off could. Only thing fresh was fries but overly salted couldn't taste fries are all!! Got 2 big Macs asked... for extra Mac sauce which barely had none..redic consider pay extra $ for!! We waited almost 15 minutes at curb side afterordering 10 minutes before getting there. While we waited they were only attending drive thru. My husband walked in and waitedfor them finish making our food another ten minutes!! Read more

Honestly screw this McDonald's they always mess up my order I ask for one simple thing no freaking onions right after saying can... I have a number 7 the screen will even say no onions but every single freaking time they put onions on the burgers. I couldunderstand if they were packed or if it was a here and there thing but this time there was only 3 people in line. I've workedfast food before and it's not hard at all you just have to pay attention to the order and be fast. I had went and a customer had took my bag and I had to wait longer. Then when my food had came it oddly cold and my sandwich was... sloppily put together I had put no pickle and onions with extra ketchup and when I went to pick it up it fell apart becausethere was a obnoxious amount of ketchup. The staff started laughing when I complained about them being rude. Just such badservice and I won't give them any more of my money. Period Read more
