Upon arrival we had to wait almost 30 minutes to even be waited on with nobody in line in front of us. Once we were waiting on... and our order was taken you proceeded to the window and was told to move over to spot three and they would bring her food out tous. I drove over to spot three where we sat for a good 30 more minutes for our food to be brought out to us cold and once we gothome we were missing food and the order was not correct as always unfortunately. I would not recommend to anybody as the littlebit of time we were sitting still at the second window one of the workers grabbed a caramel frappe and lick the cup I mind you Ihad just ordered a caramel frappe with no whip cream and it was totally gut-riching to see that. If you are in line at the drive-thru and you're running later to get back to work, then you better skip the drive-thru. Because... the really good manager left the place because she couldn't control the smart mouth on the morning guy at the first window. Read more
McDonald's on Lila Ave in Milford is great. McDonald's on St Rt 28 in Milford the employees ignore door dash drivers, carry out... orders, rude to customers, nasty dirty restrooms and the Circle K that it is inside is no better. Dirty floors, spilled pop andsticky, employees always outside smoking, employee Candy is very rude her appearance is disheveled and dirty. Read more
Store was empty when my son and I arrived at 7pm we made a mobile order because I have reward point on the app. 20 min wait and... the fries were so old I had to throw a few out because I couldn?t chew them. The left a weird taste in my mouth. My son said itwas like brushing your teeth and drinking oj yuck!!! Do not recommend! Read more

Was charged for Pokemon Happy meals but received something else had to push the issue with the guy at the window and the manager... to get them. Was then told I cannot buy an extra kids meal toy even though the manager that was telling me this was the managerwho rang me up for it. Very unsatisfied with customer service and overall quality of my visit. Read more

For a McDonald's I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was super friendly and courteous. I have been to the Eastgate location a... couple of times and that crew could learn something from the Milford location. A lot of times first thing in the morning I feellucky if Eastgate is even open let alone going to acknowledge me as a customer instead of just worrying about drive thru.
