BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY! I ordered 2 sandwiches that were identical and a medium fry Somehow the employee only put in 1... sandwich. The problem was addressed when I paid but was waiting for my order. When my order came up they tried to give me 1sandwich and my fry. So I gave my order a THIRD time. I let them know I was frustrated and shouldn't have to give my order 3times. I was not given an apology for THEIR mistake. Instead, I was told that I shouldn't be rude. As retaliation for theirineptitude and poor service, they proceeded to over spice the sandwich to the point it was inedible. The only taste wasSALT. Additionally, they were bothered that I asked for fresh fries since the ones that were left out had gotten cold. EXCUSEME FOR REQUESTING QUALITY FOOD. Simple service skills that include 2 very simple words would have been all that was needed toresolve the issue. I'm Sorry. The lack of these skills in a SERVICE environment has resulted in a loss of business along withthis review. Read more

Stood at the counter while watching 6 employees ignore me and the line that was just about out the door. Since I had time to... observe, the guy handling the bread was regularly scratching his head and wiping sweat from his brow with his bare hands, thencontinuing to touch people's food. The worker taking our order talked like he marbles in his mouth & whispered so no one could hear him. It smells like something... died next to the pop machine & managed to find 1 table that was clean. Sad to see this business give up on customer service. Read more

Love their sandwiches but they are over priced. Depends on who they have working if your food is prepared right. Had an employee... being completely rude making deliberate comments because we came in to order food the manager reprimanded him and apologized forhim. The employee was apparently wanting to leave early. One time I had called in a to go order once and was told it would be 45min We were 10 minutes away so we went to location to wait. Upon arrival the place was completely empty except for 4 females ina booth. The 3 male employees were at their booth hanging out with them. They seemed rather annoyed I was there already. Shortlyafter people started coming in placing 4 more grouped orders. Somehow they all recieved their orders pd and left I was stillsitting there without our order. My 80 yr old mother-in-law was sitting out in our car. When I asked where our food was the boybegan looking around it was sitting there on the counter side of the cash register not the back counter where they the food isusually kept. When we got home the sandwhiches we're terrible with huge chunks of chicken not finely cut up as they usually are.I even took photos. The meat was tough and hard to chew. No one seemed to care about the quality of the food or service when Ilet them know about our experience. That's a lot of money to be paying for something that tasted like garbage we couldn't evenfinish eating. Read more

Terrible customer handling. I had a cancelation on an order that was placed online. Took months before I was able to speak to... the GM to express my situation, as I was told they were the only ones who could handle online payments. Just to get shut downwith no resolution what so ever...No refund, no store credit or any solution was offered for my inconvenience. I will not bedoing any further business with this restaurant. On top of the unprofessionalism they exude, they are unsanitary. THEY DO NOTWEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING PATRON'S FOOD!! Read more

Second time in a row. Ordered online and was given a specific pick up time. When I arrived at said time they had not even... started making my order. The food is fine but they really need to step their game up when it comes to delivering at thepromised time. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes past my scheduled pick up time to get my order. My coworker and I order from here today 8/24/2022, it was delivered by door dash but our orders were both made wrong and when we... call penn station the manger said it wasn?t her problem and to take it up with door dash but last time I checked they don?t makethe food.
