Worst experience ever! When I got home with the pizza, I was given the wrong pizza and couldn't even eat it. And it was so hard... to get someone on the phone from the location and when I finally did they said they were not able to deliver it to my apt. I seewhy this location has so many bad reviews. Ordered online at 10:40...figured they wouldn't take my order if they thought they couldn't complete it by 11..but they took my... $60 and then when I pull up, just at 11pm, the place is empty, dark, no cars in the parking lot ...they supposedly close at11:00. Who cleans up, counts cash, does all that closing stuff and is gone before 11, especially when they know someone's on theway for the last order they took and (supposedly) made...rude. Do not order from this place! It takes 2 hours not 40-50 minutes to get your order and nobody will ever answer the phone when... you call. They use third party to deliver so if you call to the delivery person to return it back no longer want it and theyreturn it you still get charged!! Do not waste your time or energy go somewhere else! I'm a pizza hut fan however this location in my experience doesn't have the greatest staff. It may have changed over time but... it's always been slow and rude service for me personally but other then that it's fine. Read more
