Over priced for the quality. Thought the place looked cool with the outside patio and the retro car scene?but the food is enough... to stay away. Our table was dirty, I got the QuakerSteak sandwich and it was more bread than anything. After finishing mysandwich I had to ask when my mashed potatoes were coming out?they forgot them. My mashed potatoes were TV dinner potatoes thatwere made in the microwave..even the waitress admitted it. I took a look around at other customers and heard multiplecomplaints. My girlfriend got the tacos and it was over $10 for 2 mini baby tacos. Honestly won?t be back. Read more

It's been years since I ate here. I'm sorry, I wont return. Our table was dirty, the floor across from our booth had old food... left on it. The restaurant is full of so much dust on everything, looking up at all the dirty motorcycles hanging. The pricesare very high for the quality of food you get. The service wasn't great, when you order fish, you should get tarter sauce. Iask once, she never came back with it, then she came back as I motioned her, once again another ask for it, she finally cameback, fish was cold by then. My mom ordered pulled pork and it was fried on top of it, like they fried it on a grill plus servedwith no sauce, had to ask for that! Our visit was not great! I?ve been a customer of Quaker Steak many years and they never disappoint! The best food for your money. Everything is always... packaged so well for takeout and the amount of food you get is unbelievable! They also have the best deals and coupons and offera great Military discount!!! Ordered over a 100 dollars of food and most of it was good but the fried pickle spears were a complete let down. If I'm gonna... have to spend over 6 dollars on a order of fired pickles I want them to be at least good. The pickles are soggy and floppybarley hot and not what I paid over 6 dollars for. So bummed. For the last 7 years we?ve gone here at least once a week. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, however,... they have raised their prices AND cut back. Their tenders were outstanding in the past (biggest reason we would weekly meetfamily and friends there). The last couple of times we?ve gone the tenders are literally looking like they filleted them anddeep fried them until they resemble chicken jerky. I prayed the first time it happened that it was just a fluke, nope, 3rd timeit?s happened in the last month. I asked the waiter if they?ve changed their supplier and he said no but they are getting a lotof complaints on them. Not only did they raise their prices, cut down on quality, they are also charging you for EVERYTHING! We had 3 extra .75 and $1.00 charges for misc things. I?m so sad, we truly loved this place. Have always loved Quaker Steak & Lube and actually used to visit the original location quite often. In our latest visit however,... it appears to have lost its touch and seems to be a bit rundown. First of all, the tables were sticky because the varnish isold and wearing off. When I say sticky, like gross sticky to where It's a challenge to lift anything off of it, even your hand.It's so bad. In fact, the waitress mentioned it and explained why It was happening. With explanation or not, It makes theexperience less enjoyable and subconsciously makes you think it's dirty. Next, the menu has changed quite a bit. You get a lotless and pay a lot more. No more onion rings on an antenna, no more combos.. The price of everything seems to have almostdoubled and the portions are much much smaller. Of course this seems to be happening everywhere with inflation after covid,however, just not getting the value for the product with the price they expect to be paid here. I would not say that with anyrestaurant, because we have been to plenty since covid and at least the food quality hasn't suffered like it has here. Giving afew stars because the server we had was excellent. The prices have gone through the roof with a decline in value. The food wasjust okay. The most disappointing part was no licorice at the end :( Read more
