I used to love coming here because of the fries especially. It's fast food so you know what you're getting and I'm not upset... about it. I just went for the first time in a while though and was greeted by an automatic order taker which kept trying toupsell me. It's maddening enough when people do this but having a machine greet me then act like my order is incomplete becauseI haven't bought a #1 combo or a drink is beyond what I consider acceptable. I love rally's loaded fries. Thr food was on point for what it is, greasy goodness of heaven. The service on the other hand, not... so much. We were greeted with an automated order taker, then waited an usual length of time for our food. Waited to even begreeted while an actual person took the orders behind us.
