A barista on front register was very rude about me confirming with her that my dog is indeed a service dog after me walking... inside and her immediately telling me I cant be in here unless its a SD. She said "R e a l l y? ????" in a very slow tone whilemaking a face at me. Like, what????????? My girl wasn't showing signs of being disruptive in the slightest. I literally alsoused to work at this location too but this person didn't know me. Just did not feel welcomed at all. The other Milford Sbux isthe much better location. Read more
I?ve gone here daily since it opened. But the last year?. It?s sooooo inconsistent with drinks. It?s awful. I always have to... call for a drink re-make. Bc I pay nearly $6 a drink. It?s expensive. You want it made RIGHT. The weekday morning shift is thebest at making drinks!! But?that?s the only shift. The other shifts are awful at making drinks. Positive note: Everyone isfriendly! Call ahead to see if they are even open when you attempt to go. When they are open the drive thru is incredibly slow. Their... doors were open today and when I walked up they told me they aren?t serving drinks or food and just stared at me like I wascrazy for going in at 4:00 pm ?? I don?t know how this Starbucks is even still in business. Read more
4/2/17, store opened about a week ago but it seems the staff hasn't been fully trained. Took 10 minutes just to order and... another 10 minutes to get two drinks and a sandwich. I'm sure they will improve, just don't expect speed and accuracy for atleast the first month. Read more
