Went to the drive thru ordered Mexican pizza. They were out of tomatoes due to a shipment issue. They unfortunately are not... allowed to go purchase any at the local grocery. I'm a regular at this establishment, since Chamber Dr is kinda trash, but this place is seriously starting to fall off as well... due to the food makers. No matter how many times I order a quesadilla with no sauce, I always get sauce on it. I can check withthe drive thru worker if they got no sauce on it, and they will say "Yes, there's no sauce on the quesadilla," and I get homejust to find that they took off the cap and dumped the entire bottle of Creamy Jalepeño sauce into my quesadilla. The otherfood is great, but this gets old after a while, especially when the quesadilla costs a ridiculous amount to be steak. Read more
This is a really nice Taco Bell with limited hours of operation. The franchise owner / manager does an excellent job keeping the... hours of operation updated on the website/app. With the current labor issues, it seems like they are doing the best they can. Read more
Only 2 people working. They do not have enough employees due to low rate of pay. Had to wait over 25 minutes for 2 items. I... doordash so that brings my rate down as customers complain about how long it takes even when you explain the situation. I do notblame the employees who were working there, I blame corporate and society. Lazy people who don't have to work and CEO's whodon't bring hiring rate up to meet today's obvious inflation. Don?t eat here! Place is way over priced with very poor customer service. My mom stood up front for 10+ minutes waiting to order... extra nacho cheese sauce because they didn?t put enough of that or taco meat on the nacho bell grande and the chips were arecrumbled up nothing to really grab. We got 6 items. 2 were missing. And 2 of the remaining 4 we're made wrong. This place has been consistently much better over the... last 7 or 8 months. Good hot food, fast drive thru. But the last month or two its falling short again. We hardly get all weorder or have it made right. Read more
Staff is fantastic, I ordered black beans because I can't tolerate the meat at Taco Bell LOL. The lady that prepared my food... said she intentionally and thoughtfully didn't let any of my food touch meat because you thought I was vegetarian. That's goingabove and beyond well done Taco Bell.
